The shrimp carbonara take on the dish is served with udon noodles, shrimp, smoked black cod, butternut squash and topped with soft egg in a miso butter, garlic, chili, and parmesan sauce. I knew it was going to be expensive and decided to treat myself since it was my last night in Tofino, but I think without the 10% I would've gone somewhere else anyway. The legion is approaching 100 years in the community and cannot be judged by the actions of a few at a single event.
