Billing separate labor lines totaling $192.50 to replace a single, standard heater hose is a flagrant duplication of labor hours. 2.Exorbitant Parts Markup: The facility billed $72.99 for a standard molded rubber heater hose. The local retail price for this exact component down the street at O'Reilly Auto Parts is $35.00. Mike, the owner, said "bring it on by" so we dropped it off Thursday morning. They were unable to really look at it until Friday and on Saturday, they called with the issue and estimate.
