I still can't believe it. He totally ignored my urgent requests. I'll pay the bill but it won't happen a second time. Just be careful when you take your boat in.

The wooden stairs were so gorgeous and it was landscaped that was well kept up. There are new and used fresh water boats can taken out on the Tennessee River and travels towards Cumberland River. Ended up having to get it towed to the bottom of the mountain and goggled auto repair shops. Luckily I saw Certified Auto Repair and had it towed there. It was a small town on Sunday morning: everything was closed. I called the number wanting to leave a message about my car, but to my surprise the owner answered! Bryan was so sweet when i explained the situation and promised someone would be there by 8 am, even if it wasn't him. Note: he was speaking with while going through a family challenge and i truly appreciate him. Long story short, he called me in the morning and beat me to the shop! Him and his guys were able to jupm it and get it in the shop. It was a bad battery: they called O'Reilly and had it delivered, put in and me on the road with better directions than GPS, which saved me 1/2 an hour, all before 9:15 am!! The amazing thing: they didn't fleece me on the price, were super nice and very professional. How i wish he was in my town because he would absolutely be my mechanic. As a single woman, I cannot recommend him and the shop enough. I always felt safe, heard and respected

I had a nail on my rear driver tire while driving through the tri-state area so I found them online. The owner promptly addressed the issue with the help of his crew. The location of the puncture was close to the sidewall so it was somewhat tricky to patch...not too difficult but great teamwork was what I saw in these guys. The best part of my experience was when the owner sent me on my merry way without asking for a payment. What a Christian fellow! He knew we were on the road and I was with my family. It was close to Christmas and he exemplified the true Christmas spirit. More blessings to these guys.
