We called at least three tree service companies to get our fence line cleaned out. Browns had the best price. Jordan and his crew did a great job, were very friendly and worked hard. Jordan offered to take out all of the underbrush then let me inspect the big trees to be sure I wanted all of them cut down. I decided to keep three of them. They cut, hauled and chipped everything and raked what they could. Very satisfied with the job they did of pruning what was left. They were very easy to work with when I requested things. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I think communication to schedule could have been a bit better. We will be using them again for my parent's property. read more

All I can say from my dealing w/them, is: Be careful abt dealing w/their crew 'foreman' directly.. to not be 'taken for a ride' in the price, & Be careful to ensure they do all agreed upon work for the agreed upon price. Just lookout for yourself and your $., & Pay w/ a check. [ & no Military discnt.] Satisfaction guaranteed ?? I can not help but think that I was cheated/scammed by your co./workers as: I was poss'ly overcharged I did not receive the work I was promised, and that we agreed to, and for which I paid. Andrew agreed to clear everything above the fence line, but then did not. It was the same day that he trimmed 365 Marsh, b/c when I saw them, I called your co., & was told to ask him for an estimate. And you seem to support this behavior. He told me that he would come back to ensure that I was satisfied, but he did/has not fulfilled that promise. He told me to call him, but he has [apparently] blocked my calls, and has not replied to texts. He said that you have a $1000 min to bring out your bucket truck, yet you quoted me only $300. I simply called your office for a quote [when I saw your truck on my street] and was told [by lady] that it'd be a over a week before someone would come out, or I could just ask the foreman to do so then, which I did.. Andrew quoted me $800 to clear everything above the fence line, but then did not fulfill that promise, as he only cut 1/2 of what was agreed to. * We feel that he lied to us ,..and as a representative of your company, you support that ! * We feel that he could scam other seniors into giving $800 amount such as this ! * He has proven the old saying to be true .. That I a fool his money as soon parted..! So, based upon this, would I have to say that Ron Browns Tree Service Does not fulfill promises, or honor their word, Or warranty their work, Or complete their obligations ..? read more

Pros: On time, quick service, good price Cons: Destroyed the yard, landscaping and lights. There was no attempt to either move things out of they way or make an effort to protect the landscaping. I watched most of what they did. After the job was done, I brought it to the owners attention and he agreed that replace a few lights that were damaged but didn't seem to care about the plants that were either killed or drastically damaged. I was told the lights would be replaced in a week. Now 2 months later I still don't have the lights. I was told he was busy and if I bought them he would repay me...still waiting for the payment of the replacement lights they damaged and I paid for his services that day. My advice is if you use them, do not pay them the entire bill until they replace or fix any damaged items or areas first. This may have to go to court to be resolved. read more

nei hired them for tree service, they drove their equipment through our yard and after promising to repair and seed they never ret or communicated any updates to us on when they'd be back. if you want red neck tree services this is the company for you. read more

Hey Y'all! Just to let you know...BROWN'S TREE SERVICE ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!! They have gone above and beyond, chainsawing in waist deep rapid water, cutting and floating a 40' tree that had become wedged under our driveway bridge. They were out to assess in less than a 1/2 hour and crews were here within a few hours. Cannot say enough about their kick ass service! read more

I ordered wood from them, I received under split wood that I'll have to re-split and a few hundred pounds of dirt and wood litter that I had to clean up. I've called them but they haven't returned any of my calls. read more

Good price, but terrible customer service. It took me three days and multiple messages every time I wanted to speak to someone. Even when I wanted to actually book them and schedule the job, they wouldn't call me back. Then they requested a home address, since the work was being done at a rental. We don't like to give that out for privacy, so she offered three options. I picked to have someone onsite to pay immediately after the job. She called today to say they didn't like that. IT WAS THEIR IDEA! Like I said, a good price, but absolutely NOT worth the hassle. Very unprofessional. read more
