They were 5 hours late on the first day and 4 hours late on the second date. No one ever reached out to me to let me know they would be late or communicated a need to change the time of the appointment. For how expensive the service was, I would expect better communication and ability to keep an appointment. I'd recommend shocking your well yourself, it isn't hard, and spending almost 10 hours waiting on arrival was a hard way to spend my day.

I wasted Matt's time and my money on an unnecessary service visit. We will be building a new house and Matt gave me fantastic advice so we will consider Carroll Water based on his ability to service the system.
