I thought it was a mistake and questioned it, the owner insisted they were super duper spark plugs and had cost him $21 and he added only $5 so I could have a warranty for the work. I got a little suspicious about the other items and since I knew the parts came from O'Reilly's, I checked each part # and this is what I found. For instance, 6 spark plugs cost me $156.30. Plus a charge of $182.65 to install the plugs! Now, this only addresses the parts, my total invoice was over $3000, causing me to dip into savings. My recommendation for anyone using this shop ---get a parts quote upfront and check them out or go get the parts yourself and take them to them. That reminds me, I had a new, in the box, cabin air filter in my glove box. I got charged $39 for a cabin air filter and my new one is no longer there.
