This is the second time to take my truck in for service for touch up paint. Dusty and or crew will walk you through what they think and give you a couple options. They also price things very reasonable. Today I got a phone call from him saying I believe we buffed the spots out pretty well and the touch up paint isn't needed. He said why don't you come up here and see what I'm talking about, and you can decide if you want it painted or not, but I don't see the need. Once I got there, he showed me, and I couldn't agree more with the work. Most shops will just say in needs it to, so you spend your money, but he pretty much said you don't need to spend the $500 you thought. Talk about integrity!!! I feel like the value that I have received both times have been well worth it and the work is also amazing. I'd recommend G2G Paint and body shop to a million out of a million people. Came in for noise coming from the tire and to have a new sensor replaced. Waited for 3hours to have…read moreit fixed. Told them I had to be out to pick up my child from school and they made it clear I would b out b4 then. End up being late to the school and left with the tire still making noise (which I didn't hear right away... was probably a few days later I noticed). I went to another tire place to get the tire replaced. Told them about the noise and they pulled out the old tpms sensor and showed me that a regular valve stem was used. Came back to Bill Day (which I've used for years and have throughly trusted with all of our cars up UNTIL NOW)... I showed them the sensor. They show in the computer that they did a "flat repair"... which is NOT what I asked for and didn't need a flat repaired. So if they did said repair?... why didn't they find the noise that I heard in the tire and pull that loose sensor out that was floating and then to put a regular valve stem in....? I got NO apology and not even compensation for my time or paying for something that I didn't ask for. I end up paying for the sensor I originally asked for the 1st time... I asked to at least get the amount off from what I was charged for the 3 HOUR wait for the "flat repair" that wasn't done... they denied to give me a minimum of that. .... IF you go here.... DOUBLE Check their work unless you want to have to pay to get it fixed AGAIN!!!!! Very disappointed and also quite pissed about the level of care and customer service has went down from the place our whole family trusted to take care of our vehicles. Would NO LONGER recommend!!!

Today, got new tires and an alignment due to somewhat unexpected circumstances but imperative to get fixed up immediately and back on the road. Bought tires online last night with no appointment. Showed up at open. Finished everything by 9:15a and couldn't be more pleased. Staff really checked all the boxes: friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and good at what they do.
