I must say I've been coming here for almost three now. I've moved from Brownsburg and I still make the drive to see my favorite nail tech David. It's extremely hard to find good service, professionalism and kindness. I make it a point to support businesses and people that take pride in that. I reviewed them awhile ago but they made the improvements and I appreciated that. I make my appointments by phone and my time is respected. The owner has been very gracious and again David is my go to for all my pedicures! We talk about everything from work to family. If I just want to relax he lets me be... he gets me!!! Arrived without calling ahead and was told my wait would be less than a minute. Once I was seated, the lady offered me a water and asked how I liked my water. I chose warm and then she turned on the massage chair. The nail salon is bright and airy and the staff were nice. It was not super busy and people were coming for appointments and getting seated right away. read more

I will preface by saying the wait can vary greatly depending on the day and time if you go as a walk-in. There are a lot of regulars with standing appointments, so don't get mad if you walk in without an appointment and it takes an hour before you're seen. The atmosphere is great! Very relaxing and open. I mainly get pedicures but not manis. I've had a great experience both times I've gone as a walk-in. The first time there was virtually no wait but the next time I probably waited an hour and a half. It was worth it! Prices are standard, and the staff is amazing. read more

Customer service was bad. I came in and the gentleman immediately acted impatient. Then we sat down for a manicure and he was not being thorough. He would clip and leave stragglers so I had to check, and while I was checking he said he doesn't go deeper as to not cut me, but he wasn't even doing the surface right and making it look worse. My first time here, very convenient because they were open on Sunday. My mom and I both had pedicures . They did an amazing job.

In two weeks 3 nails completely lifted and fell off. I called and asked if they could repair them and they happily told me to come back in. I arrived at 11, when the salon opened on 1/12/20, as I was asked. After looking at my nails, I was told I needed them redone. They were removed and I had a completely new dip application, free of charge which I appreciate. However, not even 48 hours and I've experienced chipping. I'm not sure if maybe they just don't do dip well because there are so many positive reviews. I really like dip manicures but realize this isn't the best place to get them done, unfortunately. read more

This place is pretty gigantic on the inside. They have a pretty full staff and there is little to no waiting. The pedicures are the best, they use hot stones during the pedicure process that is amazing and so relaxing. The staff is super friendly and seem to have a nice group of regulars and they know a ton about them. I also treated myself to a manicure. I do not do gels or acrylics but the ones I saw were fantastic looking. I did a French pedicure and they were great. Straight lines for being freehand. There are at least a million places to get a mani or pedi in Brownsburg but I finally found one that takes their time and does not rush. And those hot stones at no extra charge are amazing. read more

I wanted to love this place. I went here with a friend for two pedicures and one no chip manicure. They had my friend in the chair for almost an hour soaking their feet... my pedicure resulted in my big toes looking completely crooked and mishapen. After my pedicure they did my no chip manicure. The nail tech I had was very friendly but not the most skilled in his trade. His painted three fingers then place my whole hand under the uv lamp, then painted another three nails and placed them under the uv lamp. Uv or led when running your hands repeatedly under the lamp it causes the nails to over cure. This resulting in my no chip manicure chipping much earlier than one week. My nails according to my best friend look like "bubbles" too thick and fake. Customer service is a definite plus for this place but as far as the language barrier timing and lack of knowledge when working with uv/led lamps I had to rate this place a 3 star. Though I will add they were able to make availability during a holiday. So positive stars for that as well. Just hopefully in the future they will read up on how to properly perform a no chip manicure. read more

My second time coming to this place and the first visit was better than the first... but I didn't have two different technicians. The guy doing my manicure seemed hurried. He was very rough removing my gel polish from before. At one point I thought I was going to bleed. Then he didn't even clip or make sure my nails were even. I had to point it out to him. I would have given him 2 stars but he made up for it by painting my nails fast but efficient. Because I'm not one that likes to sit here all day. I recently had a pedicure here for the first time. There is not a lot of curb appeal to the space itself but I had one of the best pedicures I've ever had in Indy at an affordable nail salon. Thoughtful service from my female nail technician, quick but not too quick, great massage, wonderful exfoliation- everything was just right. I will go back! read more

I've been coming here for over 2 years, and over time I've noticed everytime I come they try less and less each time. This past Saturday was my last time coming here. I scheduled 3-4 days in advance. I came in for a full set acrylic & a pedi. The pedi was fine. when it came to do my nails, the nail tech did everything up until he had to put the nail polish on. He stopped and asked me to pay before he continued. He made me wash my hands and give him my card in the middle of the process. Not only that, but he didn't even bother to put my nails under the UV light. He put me to put them under the fan. He didn't bother to put cuticle oil on after he was done, or a hot towel or anything. I have never left this place without paying or tipping my nail tech, and i've never been stopped in the middle to pay. don't come here they half ass everything and they don't even do designs/jewels nothing just solid colors and even though their prices are posted they always charge you more. I didn't mind back then because it was decent but now I wouldn't go back for anything. read more

My daughter and I went to Brownsburg nails and asked for mani pedis for each of us. They put us in chairs and I soaked while my daughter had her pedi. I was still just soaking when halfway through her manicure they came up to me, asked me to move, and told me they realized they had to many appointments to fit me in. I was embarassed and angry. My daughters mani pedi is beautiful, but get it together folks, if you only have time for 2 services instead of the 4 we asked for, tell us up front. read more
