Edwin came out in August to look at a few jobs we wanted done: light electrical, fallen shutters from a storm, baseboards installed. Claudia sent over an itemized quote, and we decided to move forward with the electrical work. Claudia and Edwin agreed to perform the electrical work two weeks out (Sept 5th). See pics for the text history with Claudia where on short notice she rescheduled the work to Sept 6th, and then on Sept 6th didn't show up at the scheduled time and rescheduled again to Sept 7th and again didn't show up on Sept 7th and texts went unanswered and calls went to a full voicemail box. My advice is to not waste your time with this company and instead find a company who cares about customer service and who values homeowners' time.

The second job was a complete fail . It was to replace , stain and seal my wood steps . Prior to starting I asked if we should wait until warmer weather and he said it wasn't necessary. His crew replaced the steps and did attempt to stain . The first day they looked good . Over the next 5 days it became clear that no sealant was done and the appropriate amount of stain was not applied . When contacted he said he would come back but did not call or complete the project. We hired JMR Home Services for a basement finishing project that began around September 2025…read more Unfortunately, the experience was very stressful. Communication and project management were inconsistent throughout the job, which required far more homeowner oversight and repeated follow-up than we expected just to keep work moving. Several workmanship and finish-quality issues arose during the project, including items that remained unresolved near the end. A walkthrough was conducted, the full balance ($50,835) was paid, and the county completed the final inspection and issued the Certificate of Occupancy. Despite this, remaining finish items were not completed and follow-up stopped. Closeout communication also became unnecessarily confrontational despite our consistent good-faith efforts to resolve issues and bring the project to a proper conclusion. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company.
