They delivery people do a good job, too. I have had a couple of issues lately, though. First, their website no longer lets me order online, but says I have to call my local store. Second, they are deceptive in their coupon offerings. In trying to use a $75 off coupon, then they charge me $32 for 'tax' on $50 worth of mulch. Not fair.

They sold us a used battery with a one year warranty. It stopped working after one year 3 months…read more (Junk Battery) After we are out of warranty they sent some Yahoo over to fix our battery and our charger. Well the battery never got fixed and the charger having a problem was hit or miss. I called and expressed my concern and wanted to buy a new battery: guess what? They listened and never called us back. Bought a new battery form Capital Forklift. They informed us that they scratched off the manufacturer date on our used battery so you could not tell how old it was. Good Job Harr's Forklift! We will never call you again. I suggest people who read this do not call you ever.

He taught us what the problem was and gave us the lowest cost option.
