I had one minor issue for the move in checklist and it was remedied by maintenance within 2 days. Possibly more important -- this complex is very, very dog friendly. From the women in the office (Brianne, Amy and Deann) to every neighbor I have met -- they are all so nice to my dog and to me. This is a friendly place. I loved the layout of this apartment and that's why I chose it. I had no idea all of the other things here I would love. I was selling a house and worried about apartment living -- now I wonder what took me so long. I have not rented for many years, and this life is way better than I remember. I have to give Casto credit-- this place is well taken care of, and they have hired an exceptional staff here.

As a security guard here we all make sure the residents are safe at all times. We patrol the parking lot several times throughout evening and night hours making sure your car is safe. As a security guard we are here for all emergencies that may arise. From hot water tank issues, a prompt response to electrical outages, to the safety and security of the building and of the residents. Also, as a security guard we patrol all 11 floors, and the exterior and property of the building several times throughout evening and night hours.
