It was not the lady I requested online but she was kind. You have to sign in on an ipad upon arrival. She spent about 10 minutes and and made sure both brows were straight as they could be. Then she wiped my brows with aloe. I paid and went on my merry way. Only why I deducted a star is because they do not put powder on your brows before you begin in order to remove excess oil on the skin. Since my eyebrow lady is 2 hours away, this salon will have to be my new go to from now on.

I'm really pleased with my lashes. I've now been back to Mandy several times, and each time is a nice, relaxing experience. People who notice my lashes always comment on how natural they look.
