I'd return, but I'd ask for a more experienced nail technician the next time. The employee I got was relatively new. I'm happy to review that it's seemingly a supportive environment for new employees. When I asked for nail art, colleagues were able to assist my nail technician. My technician did an overall okay job. I have a nail that has a random dot of pink and an air bubble. Otherwise, the quality of my nails has lasted well.

He sends me a text and asks what they can do to make it better? I say "give me my money back". I paid $180 for a "in home" amateur application. They refuse to give me my money back but offer me $120 to take down my review. I refuse as I feel people need to know, after all I only went to her based on all the 5 star reviews. Anyhow, the pictures attached say it all. Lashes were clumped together several glued to 1 lash. Some were even glued to my skin! It's a relief to have them off, they were so painful. Some are still on as the technician wasn't able to take them off. She said it wasn't professional glue, probably a "house brand" because it is usually never that hard to dissolve lash glue. This was the most horrible experience ever please beware. "Mike" even quoted my place of work and my neighbourhood which was very disturbing.

I booked for a shellac pedicure and dip redo on natural nails. the tech broke 2 of my natural nails which is always upsetting as they take time and effort to grow. my nails were finished they were good but not perfect. After my nail service I was scheduled for a pedi with shellac appointment which I was suddenly told would not be happening because my nails took too long.i did not want to argue so I hesitantly said ok to. I sat down to get my shellac removed from my toes for no more than 3 minutes and was accused that it was dip and that it wasn't coming off. i was asked to "find somewhere else to go" and leave. bottom line I was rudely treated and sent away with my shellac chipped: peeling off on my walk home. very dissapointed In the way I was treated.

The pedicure I got was the best I have ever had. My nails looked so neat, and the colour is still on my toes! The massage chairs are divine- but don't be shy to ask how they work. It took me a few minutes to figure it out, but once I nailed the setting, I was able to enjoy it. The gel nails I got stayed on for about 3 weeks, until I went into the salon to have them taken off. They were in great shape when I had them removed, but I had just grown old of them. The shellac stayed on for this full period too, without chipping-- which is more than what I can say for most salons offering shellac polish. I was really impressed that Vanessa stayed after the closing hour to complete my nails, without rushing me. Overall, the decor is a bit tacky, but I will come here again for the service. It is fantastic, very affordable and the products are the best I have received. They have a GREAT, fun selection of polishes, including the shellac too (many other salons don't have a great selection). I would recommend this salon to friends, and would definitely go again!

Their tools were clean and so was the entire salon. This was my first manicure since I was 14 years old and I am now 28 so yes it has been a very long time. LOL!
