I was very skeptical about having micro blading done on my eyebrows but I am so happy that I did! I found this place on Groupon where I got an incredible deal. The reviews were great so I figured what the heck. When I arrived I was greeted right away and given paperwork to fill out. I was then escorted to a room where the technician put on the numbing cream and the waiting time began. The cream takes about 30-45 mins to kick in. The room had a comfortable chair to sit and wait and they complimentary snacks and water. After 45 mins I was greeted by Miriam who took me to another room for the procedure. She explained the entire process and took her time to make sure I was happy with the results. The entire process from arrival to completion takes about 2 hours. I have my touch up in 30 days and can't wait to see the final results! read more

I had a bad experience today. After returning for my 2nd session, it was very painful, the lady who never introduced herself, had a bad attitude after I asked about the time. I Waited 35 minutes, no one explained to me why. The receptionist informed me that the lady was coming out the restroom now. I guess she heard me asking about the wait time, so she had an attitude from the time I sat down. Before she started, I asked her about maintaining my brows, she said oh it's whatever you like. Afterwards, she began pressing down on my brow very firm. I told her it was painful. She responded well I'm going over scars so bare with it. I told her I couldn't bc it was painful. She responded just bare with it, and move on. My response No, I can't, so she said well it's my time, and you're wasting it. I told her maybe I have to reschedule, go home take a pain med, apply Lidocaine, and return. She responded if you do that I will have to charge you again. I told her I paid up front. She again responded, it's a waste of my time. She asked me what did I want to do? I said I'll go home. She stormed out the room, into the receptionist area, and spoke to the receptionist in another language. I explained what happened, and requested a refund. The first session was nice, it wasn't that painful and she played Christian music in the background.I believed she was a Christian. Today, she was very rude, hostile, argumentative, and uncooperative. I detected a little racism. I WILL NEVER RETURN. IF YOU'RE GOING TO ACT LIKE THE devil, TURN OFF THE CHRISTIAN MUSIC. ZERO STARS! Paula is highly skilled and her work is outstanding. Once upon a time, I had thin, over plucked brows (as was the style lol). I wanted a change. I'm so particular about who I let touch me (I do thorough research for everything), let alone micro blading my brows! My first appointment went so well and made such a difference that I've been faithful to her ever since!!! I've seen her once a year now for the past few years. Now she's grown to a whole team at a beautiful location! The staff is so nice! Yes appointments are scheduled well in advance, but definitely worth the wait. Initial microblading session with Renata as well as the follow up Appt and fast forward a year and a half later to do a retouch with Miriam. Love my results and glad to have my eyebrows still looking natural. Side note my skin is oily and living in Florida frequently exposed to sunlight, but results last a while. Love my brows! Paula is fantastic and such a nice person!!!! I finally found a place in Florida that does henna brows. I love love the work that Paula did! This will definitely not be the same experience as getting an $8 waxing job from the unlicensed nail tech of your local nail salon where they spread on hot wax, slap on the strip and pull layers of your skin off! Paula is truly a professional and a master at her craft! She takes her time speaking to you and asking what you are looking for, she does measurements to ensure your brows will be perfect! The place is immaculately clean and so nice inside. This is a by appointment only business and Paul is extremely punctual so please arrive on time for your appointment. Please respect her time and the time of the person after you. I am seriously thinking of the micro blading after seeing how meticulous Paula is. If I can give 10 stars I would! Her work is good but she is not very responsible when it comes to setting you up for your retouch appt. It's in the package when you first go in to get the microblading done but when you want to schedule the retouch before the 30 days is up, she gives you the go around and does not schedule you.
