There is never a super long wait, and they do exactly what you ask for. The prices are reasonable, and they have a loyalty program. They do a lot of services besides brows, and they take their time. Rosa, the owner, is such a delight! She makes sure to speak with you during your service, she is very attentive, and she makes it a point to remember you and what you like. Saw their reviews were good on Yelp and I just moved into the area so wanted to try someplace new and not travel far to the place I usually go to! It's a nice a quiet place, was kinda tricky to find since they're in such a small shopping center here on Dean Road. There was only one person getting their brows done so not a long wait at all! There was only one person doing brows today since it wasn't busy at all today. Pretty warm in here so don't wear a jacket inside. Have lovely sofas to make it a welcome home feeling. Pam was AMAZING! She pays great attention to detail! I LOVE THAT. Since I'm also a perfectionist myself! She even fixed my uneven eyebrow on the right! Definitely coming back! read more

There are some less than glamorous aspects about being a woman, and since joining my mid thirties, I have had the displeasure of experiencing some of them. Having hair grow in places I've never had before is a new one and I'm NOT digging it. Not cute or sexy at all. I used to wax any fuzzies away but the last few times waxing has made be break out really badly, so I had to find something else. I had heard of threading before and had seen it in the malls, but never really thought about it until the other day. I figured if it can remove eyebrow hair, it can remove other hair. I found this place on yelp and the reviews were fantastic so I decided to check it out. Everybody was friendly, the place was clean, they were quick and efficient. No issues at all. However... Um, holy hell was this painful!?!!! Like, eyes tearing up uncontrollably, painful. She said it wasn't as bad as waxing and I told her she was definitely very wrong about that. This is like every individual hair being caught in a rubberband and being ripped out one by one. Your neck is a sensitive area and it hurt way worse than anything else. Painful, very painful. BUT, my face fuzzies are all gone and no chemicals were used. If I don't break out or have any irritation (aside from my glaring red face/neck right now), I will upgrade to 5 stars! read more

After many bad eyebrow waxing jobs done at asian salons and failing to do my eyebrows on my own, I decided to get my eyebrows professionally threaded. Searching through yelp, I found Rosa's Perfect Brow. Background: They used to work in Oviedo Mall's brow shop for 7 years, but now have this place of their own and have been open for 2 years. When you first walk in, you see that the set-up is like a hair salon, which surprised me. I was greeted by the two ladies in the cashier and were friendly in asking what I needed. I told them I wanted my eyebrows threaded and one of them lead me to a vacant chair. They are very clean and sterile, as I saw Mahtab who sprayed the scissors and tweezers with a disinfectant. I also showed her a picture of the kind of shape I wanted my brows to be. She trimmed my eyebrow hairs and then quickly went on to thread my eyebrows very quickly and efficiently. Mind you everyone has a different levels of pain tolerance, as threading usually hurts more than waxing. The process was virtually not that painful at all for me. After Mahtab was done she showed me and I was happy with the results, clean, shaped, and with an arch. I was relieved she did not overpluck and listened to what I wanted. She then applied lotion to soothe my brows. Eyebrow threading here is $12 and I ended up tipping her $3, but the price is negotiable since threading lasts longer than waxing. This is by far the best eyebrow place around. I've gone to Rosa since she worked at the Oviedo mall and I have never been disappointed. She listens to what you want and works with you to get the result you want. Mahetab is also amazing. I haven't tried the other girls but I'm sure they're great too. That being said, with eyebrows/any skin care/hair routine, it's probably best to be consistent with the same person since they know your situation best. A friend of mine recommended Rosa and I refuse to bring my business anywhere else. Each member of their staff is talented. I don't only visit one person. I take whoever is in there when I go in to get my eyebrows done and I have never had a bad experience. The women have the most beautiful hair, skin and eyebrows. They even recommended Castor Oil and gave me some to try so that I could make my eyebrows thicker. Wow! I asked for a clean up & a more defined arch & was immediately told that my brows are a little too thin but she will make them look nice. And that she did! Not only did she thread them but she then offered to show me how to define them until they grow in. She literally used a brush & powder & showed me how! It's $12 for eyebrows which is reasonable to me. If you've been to the other really nice threading place on E. Colonial that charges only $9, then 12 might seem like a lot. Yay! I found my eyebrow spot in Orlando! I stopped in after checking out Yelp reviews, and I'm so glad I did. Previously, the Orlando community was flooded with wax eyebrow options, which does not provide the clean look I prefer. I don't select a specific girl to thread my eyebrows. I just went with the first one available, and she did an awesome job. My eyebrows are not thin, I don't look like a chola, and they process was quick, not too painful (I'm not going to lie...it hurts a little). I love this place! First time visiting here and my eyebrows look beautiful. I'm from New England and was wary about trying out a new place here in Orlando. It is a cute little shop. My last eyebrow place had a punch card reward system but here at Rosa's, they had all their clients saved in their computer system which I found personal yet Impressive! Their "membership" is free and you are given a member #, which each visit, you receive points (a point for every $1), a certain amount of points, gives you dollars off your next service. Refer a friend and get points! On your birthday, you get 200 points which equals to $2 off a service. I don't have Facebook anymore but if you check out their page, they have specials they post as well as your stylists' schedule so you know when your fav girl works! This place rocks! The cost for eyebrow threading is $12 which is a bit costly to some folks but this place is actually closer to my new apartment here in Orlando, so rather than wasting gas and two tolls to go somewhere else, the $12 was nothing to me. Mahtab was very nice and professional. I loved her! I've never been to an eyebrow salon where they give advice on the helping the growth of your eyebrows. I came to Rosa Perfect Eyebrow for my first experience having my eyebrows threaded, and it was really a positive one! Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and I've been back 3 times since. Each time I leave with on-point eyebrows ;) I've been getting my eyebrows waxed for YEARS, but it really is a hit-or-miss scenario. Either the beautician knows what they're doing and you come out impressed with their work, or she has noooo idea what she's doing and you come out looking like a blonde chonga (my Miami-peeps will get that reference). I found this place on Yelp, and it did not disappoint. Super friendly. Quick, but attentive service. If you have or haven't gotten your eyebrows threaded before, I would recommend Rosa. My eyebrows look awesome. Best thing was I felt really confident explaining what I wanted but truthfully, the woman there understood exactly what she was doing. I've had so many bad waxing experiences that were much more expensive than the threading here. It's a bit of a drive for me, but well worth it in my opinion. Love love love! read more

Ok I've been going to Rosa's for many many years now and I am very disappointed in their services the most recent time I went. I think their threading services are great, however, this most recent time the girl who did my eyebrows took more off the left than the right but I can fix it with some makeup. Now the one thing I can't fix was the eyelash lift that I did there. They completely do not know how to perform this service properly. Multiple customers walked in during the time of my service, which for me as I had the perming solution on my eyes needed to be carefully timed and watched but within what I was told was (8-10 minutes) was the girl performing my services bathroom break, sitting on the couch, and performing threading on another client which left the solution on way too long making my lashes too permed and they look so bad I don't even know what to do. My lashes originally are very long and pretty but straight and I got this done so I don't have to wear makeup but to feel good about myself in the new year, now I'm too scared to do anything to my lashes again because I don't want anymore damage. It's unfortunate they could not tell the other client to wait during my service instead of trying to please everyone and do two people at one time with two different services that each require different technique and time. I never ever posted a review does not matter how unsatisfied I was with any place but today is not the case. I grew my eyebrows a little more this time to get them shaped better. But an Indian lady just didn't leave any eyebrows on me at all. She made ROUND eybrows on me which I NEVER HAD AND liked, plus there were only a few pieces of hair left and I can't even make them thicker with and eyebrow pencil! I HAVE NO EYEBROW LEFT!!!!! I would not recommend this Indiam looking lady. I never complain but this made me cancel my date night and I do not even know how I can be with such horrible eyebrows untill they grow back!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let me start by saying Mahtab is one of the best! I called her twice after seeing reviews and went to the shop in Altamonte. Within 5 minutes she transformed my eyebrows! She also educated me on how to grow them because I have some holes after plucking too much. She was friendly, made a point of connecting with me with only hearing my voice over the phone! I love this place ! Both girls are amazing ! Rosa did them once and Mahtab is my go girl ! They are both fast and professional ! And in case you wonder, it is not painful at all ... thanks to them, my brows are full and all I get is compliments. I was extremely picky with them, and tried couple of places and none were up to my expectations. My brow shape was nice but they weren't full so I had to use make up to make them look nicer. Now, I barely use my brow wiz pencil because they are so full ! They know what to take and what to leave so you can complete with make up at home ... and like that, little by little you get a full row without the need of anything ! I'm so happy I found them !
