Very sloppy looks like my little sister done a better job with her eyes closed [[HIGHLIGHT]]even worse customer service from the lady in charge at the front you could clearly see it was a sloppy mess and her conclusion was that she take $10 off to not charge me for gel when here's the thing.. I didn't even use gel.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I decided to do regular polish after the first failed attempt because I realized I was being way overcharged gel and a design that they were not able to deliver.Overall they're very overpriced but I would not take the gamble there again. Lilli and her mom are superstars at what they do. They're the only place I found in the area that opens before 9. They took me in and I let them now I was in a bit of a time crunch. I felt bad for rushing them, but Lilli handled my nails while her mother worked on my pedicure. Both did such a great job. Lilli did dip polish on my nails and had to remove my previous dip polish. Even though I was in a rush and stressed, they moved so efficiently and I can't imagine my nails possibly looking better. I can't believe she did what she did that quickly. I went in to get my damaged nails repaired from a previous salon that damaged them from getting too much power and gel done. My nails looked back to normal but the problem was not repaired. Love love love this place! Came here on a Wednesday morning, in desperate need of an ombré SNS manicure. Called Lily (the manager) up and was booked immediately. Her shop is located behind the bank, where there is plenty of parking spots to park in. The entrance is through the salon door. Lily is very friendly and professional, and sure as hell knows how to do nails. She's been doing nails at a very young age, and her talent shows in her work. It's a family owned business, operated by her, her sister, mom and dad. All who've I've met, are extremely nice people. The establishment is clean, and all their tools are properly sterilized and properly stored. The atmosphere is very relaxing and let you watch whatever you want on their TV. I know this will sound crazy but my boy friend and I had probably one of the best pedicures in on this side of town. We got the deluxe pedicure with the paraffin add on with Hannah and Helen. They were both so nice and did an amazing job on our toes. They really made us feel at ease and I would definitely recommend people coming to get a service here! I also almost fell asleep in their chair that's how relaxed it was. The location is right behind the truist bank in the lot and there are private rooms that are cozy bright. They were also able to fit us in as walk-ins. The total came to $142 with tip and the paraffin treatment for both of us. I went here with my cousin and all though the facilities are nice, clean and come with great ambiance. My nails came out terrible. Each one of my nails are a different shape and the french are speak spanish. I asked her to fix one of my nails and instead of cleaning it up she went in and made them thicker. I had asked for pricing prior to her doing my nails and taking my previous set off. She said the soak off is 10$ I went along and said okay. Apparently the soak offs are really 20 and she made it aware to me that she had taken ten dollars off that i didn't ask for. So when the total came up to 110 I was extremely shocked and confused. I got acrylic with frenchies and two charms on each hand. What am I paying for she could help me understand. She is super flexible with scheduling and even met me at her salon at 645 am to do my nails since my afternoons and evenings are packed. I came up here from Miami, and I've neverrrr paid $160 for a FILL and pedicure, especially for a SHORT set. I did add upgrades to my pedicure, so I was fine w that price. My nails did not look anything like the inspo pic, they are lumpy, and the GEL PAINT is already coming off and it hasn't even been 3 days. ): I feel like my hands call attention in a negative way. Again, sweet family & great people all around, but if I'm paying $160 for a short acrylic FILL & pedi, I shouldn't be embarrassed of my nails. Lily's suite is in between bb&t and orange theory fitness in the bonefish grill plaza. I love going to Lily because she really takes ownership of her business. Lily takes pride in making each guest feel both welcome and beautiful, and she listens to every request.Lily cares about the quality of the service she provides. I never feel rushed to pick a color. Lily remembers everyone she helps and no one is a number. Lily makes an effort to be available she is even open on Sundays. Earlier and later every day than most other salons. What I like about my nails is that she doesn't soak them, if you know about fingernails, soaking caused nails to break and color to chip, so I was excited that she doesn't soak them like most other salons. I get sns powder and Lily does this really cool gradient technique so that my nails look natural and not bulky with the powder. I love that she does the powder without a UV light because it is better for my skin. She does all types of polish and has lots of color choices. Her business is a family business and the energy is so warm and welcoming. I look forward to going back soon.
