I walked in, the staff was kind and welcoming and the prices were cheap. But you get what you pay for.. I got a brow and lip wax. The wax was warmed in a reusable pen-type tool, that was stationed in one of the most unclean stations I've seen. There was wax everywhere and quite frankly, I'm surprised I didn't get an infection. There was even someone else in the lounge waiting for a service, as it sounded like the employee she made her appointment with ran very late. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
