For my services, I received my eye brows and upper lip waxed. I noticed for these services that two different waxes were used, which I initially didn't think much of. I really loved my eye brow waxing experience. The waxer used brow mapping (yay!) to get the right shape for my face and she taught me how to maintain/fill in my brows. I was very appreciative of that! The ONLY reason I am not giving a 5-star review is because of my upper lip. Unfortunately the wax they was used was a little too warm and it slightly burned me. The picture below is a full day after the waxing and you can see my skin is starting to scab. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for your eye brows! Actually what she was doing was SHAVING half of my right eyebrow and removing a chunk of eyebrow hair mid brow in my left one. She then had no guide and proceeded to imprint the right brow ABOVE my natural brow so that I always had one brow up in question. Upon seeing myself in the mirror, I immediately said something only to be told I was not seeing what I was seeing. Never having microblading done before, I thought maybe I was seeing it wrong. I was NOT...Abagail normally posts pictures head on, of both brows...not me...she only posted 1 side of my face. When I contacted her asking her to see me to consult on how we could fix the issue, if we could fix it...I was told to KEEP SHAVING MY BROWS and she would see me in 4 weeks! I have tried desperately to cover the crazy look but how do you do that? I met with a couple of other microbladists and both were appalled at what they saw! I made an appointment here after not going for many years, as I'm on vacation and needed my…read moremanicure refreshed to stay on at usual schedule. When I walked in the whole salon smelled like sewage - this should have been enough for me to walk out, but I didn't want to leave someone without a tip that they may have been counting on so I stayed. I picked out my polish, and we got started about 10 minutes after my appointment time. I was having a grown out builder gel manicure refreshed, and she started by grinding it down, nothing out of the norm. But rather than use the usual builder gel in a jar, she used builder gel with a brush out of a standard gel polish bottle. I thought that was unusual, but at that point what am I going to do other than go with it? At one point she pulled a hang nail out for me which was great because it had been bothering me, but it bled and bled, and I do wish I had been offered a bandaid or something for it. At first when she finished I was happy - and then I realized that my nails felt off when I was grabbing things so I looked at the edges. The nails in certain parts are almost 1/4" thick. Wildly thick. And that's at the end of the nail, where it should be nice and tapered. She also never asked what shape I wanted, which ended up fine but it struck me as odd when she didn't ask. I'm usually pretty open to suggestions from professionals, it would have been nice to talk about it, though. Ultimately - I didn't feel like this was the cleanest or healthiest salon experience I've had. I wouldn't recommend it. I miss 2012-2016 Lotus.

Solomon was my back up and I went in one day and we chatted for a moment and that's how I discovered they were siblings. It's crazy how things come full circle. For the majority of my visits I have not had to wait, but if you have to, it's worth it! Solomon is professional, friendly, and provides great service in a calm atmosphere.
