First Timer here!!! This was technically my first tattoo. Haha! I have always wanted to get my eyebrows done ( and my eyeliner) so I wouldn't have to do much work every day, especially now being a busy mom. I didn't know what to do, where do start etc. Until I came across Sandiee's page on social media. I liked what I saw, I kept observing for months, researching, then I mustered the courage to set an appointment. Her salon did not disappoint. Clean, white, spacious, cute, bright, comfortable, and relaxing. The process was seamless. She designed my eyebrows based on my natural shape, confirmed I liked them, then did a tint, numbed me with topical cream, then did the ombré tat. Done! No pain! You notice she's performing her artistry on you but it does not hurt. She checks in and asks if you feel uncomfortable she applies more topical. Now let me explain my pictures. I had very faint eyebrows. Light hair and I had to pencil them in. Then I would tint them on the weekends to make them look fuller. Booorrree! Second picture is Oct 10,2024 when I first got them done. Woo! Then I went for my 6-8 week recommended touch up. Nov 21. Love them even more. They healed and all great. They healed well and all was great. Time passed and I noticed something I wanted corrected. I contacted Sandiee and she was more than happy to discuss and make sure I was happy with my eyebrows and service. I went today 2/4/2026 and I got another touch up and correction and once again I am one happy customer. Thank you, Sandiee! My mom got them done. I had my eyebrow tattoo done in December 2024, and I was told at the time that the service included two sessions. After the first session, I was advised not to return too soon for the touch-up, but I was never clearly informed that the complimentary touch-up was strictly limited to one year. Today when I contacted the business to schedule my touch-up, I was informed that I would be charged an additional $275 for being just one month past the deadline. Although I was later told this requirement was stated in the agreement, this critical limitation was not clearly explained or emphasized verbally at the time of service. Had this been properly communicated, I would not have missed the timeframe. Considering that the original service cost exceeded $500, this is not a budget service. At this price point, clear communication and reasonable customer consideration should be standard. Instead, I experienced a very rigid and transactional approach, with only a $25 reduction offered after I politely requested a courtesy adjustment. I also referred a friend to this business in good faith. While I did not expect anything in return, it is generally reasonable in this industry to see some form of appreciation or consideration for referral clients. Unfortunately, there was none. Overall, this experience reflects poor communication transparency, lack of flexibility, and customer service that does not align with a premium-priced service. Sandy is a true professional at what she does. I was apprehensive to have my brows done at first. However, I'm a busy working mom and don't have much time to get myself ready. I wanted brows that I didn't have to worry about. This picture shows the process from the day of, the next day and then the final picture is two weeks later. I've already been back for my touch up and am so happy with the results. She gave great after-care instructions and provided me with materials to care for my brows during healing. My sister has been wanting to get her brows done and I've been following Sandie on IG (@browsbysandiee) for a while. I recommended Sandie right away and I decided to book for myself also! It's one of the best decisions I've made because I no longer have to worry about doing my brows and making them look like evil stepsisters (lol). I am excited not having to draw in my brows for a while! Sandie makes it convenient by being able to book via her IG link and it tells you her availability and all the pre-procedure guidelines. If you have any questions, she responds in a timely manner and will make sure your concerns are addressed. Upon arrival, plenty parking and studio is easy to locate. The studio is bright and clutter free. Sandie and the studio are taking COVID precautions well. The studio is clean and the employees are masked, and only allowing the client to be inside the studio one at a time. Before the procedure, Sandie goes over the process and makes you comfortable and at ease by answering your questions. She also ask if there's any pictures for reference, but even without, she does well by going according to your shape and skin tone. She then goes on to shaping, outlining and then shading with the pigment. The overall process was about 2.5 hours, but Sandie allocates at least 3 hours for the whole process. She really makes sure you are happy with the shaping before moving forward. Even though I was happy with the shaping, she told me to take my time to observe and I really appreciated that because often times, I don't really receive that form of reassurance from other beauty services (nails, hair, etc). She suggested for my brows to be a bit darker than my sister since I do wear makeup occasionally and I'm in love with the color and shape. At first, I wasn't use to seeing myself with so much lid space, but I'm already getting use to it. Also, I was anticipating to be in pain during the whole process, but the numbing cream does wonders! You do feel a slight pinch in the beginning but it becomes normal after the initial minute. There was barely any pain. If that's a factor preventing you, don't let it be. After the procedure is done, she provided after-care instructions and also provided a goodie bag to take care of your brows. Honestly, I couldn't be more happy with the service and the outcome. Ombre powder brows are the way to go! I did microblading years ago, but I was not that happy about it since it didn't look natural enough. The pain level was MILD and was only felt during the initial outlining. Afterwards, she numbs it sooo much that I actually fell asleep! I woke up, in and out, when she was informing me about little tingles that might happen when she was applying something on my brows. When we were done, I was very impressed with the results! It was a bit different from how I normally had my brows but IMPROVED! I wanted a slightly higher arch and she also helped me with that after we were done After care info: Along with verbally informing me about aftercare, she sent me a great email that covers almost all scenarios for aftercare! First off, I put this off for months because I was afraid of the pain and Sandy was very understanding while explaining to me the process. I finally decided to do it and she was absolutely amazing! #1 SHE IS MY LIFE SAVIOR; I am one of those girls who just SUCK no matter how much I try doing my own makeup.. let alone my brows! 11.18.2020 This is my second session & I wanted to wait until after my touch up to write a review. Gosh, where do I even begin? The interior of this studio is so bright that when you walk in you feel like taking selfies in every corner. The lighting is everything!! It looks very dark now but that's because it's still very fresh. I was told it takes about 10-30days to fully show its color after the healing process.
