**Best Customer Service Hands Down** - Parking is such an ease here, the parking directly in front is usually taken but there is plenty of parking in the back. - I've been here twice for Demi's esthetician services. The first time Wendy was also in the front room. They both promptly greeted me & asked if I needed water or anything. They're so sweet, it made me feel so welcomed! - The moment I walked in I was immediately relaxed because they have such amazing decor/ aesthetic. That continued once I entered the private room where Demi pampered my face with the best facial ever. Calming music, what appears to be a humidifier, and the lighting just muah *chef's kiss*. - I've had several facials before from someone else and let me tell you Demi is gentle and doesn't force your blemishes or blackheads to do things they don't want to do. I love how she uses clean ingredients. - My skin since my first facial has looked more soft and radiant. Prior I was usually using a CC Cream for extra coverage but now I'm back to natural skin or just some concealer for everyday wear. - After the facial Demi debriefs with you and let's you know what she recommends for you to do at home to maintain healthy skin. She also sells skincare products from the brand Tuel (which also has amazing ingredients) she mentions which ones would work best for your skin (but definitely doesn't pressure you to buy them). I bought a few of them yesterday because ya girl was in need of new products. - Yesterday I did a hydroderm facial and my skin looks sooooooo good. My nasty, swollen breakouts literally have shrunk overnight. And I keep on wanting to touch my face bc it's soooo supple. I noticed a few of my scars look less pigmented. Saw so many good reviews about this place and Wendy did my eyebrows pretty good but the comments she made were not my favorite thing. I've never been anywhere to get my eyebrows done before so I thought it would be something to treat myself with. When I walked in, I was wearing a face mask and she told me I could take it off and I said something like "oh okay, I don't see anyone else in here so that's fine" and she said (rather rudely) "well the mask mandate was lifted so" and I didn't say anything. I just think you should do whatever is comfortable for you, mask or not but I digress. Then when we got started, she was friendly enough but made a comment about my eyebrows being curly and a comment about me not wearing makeup. The process itself wasn't painful, I got my eyebrows shaped and chose to get them threaded. After she finished, she had me look at them and then made comments about how my eyebrows were curly and long but sparce and that my brows were one of the harder ones she had done. I thought that was extremely unprofessional. I came to get them done by an expert but I didn't want to be judged for them. I also scheduled to get my sideburns threaded but she didn't mention it and when I was leaving, she asked me if I wanted that done too but after the service she gave me, I said not today. I tipped her because apparently my eyebrows were so hard to do. I left feeling pretty bad and will not come back. read more

I found Wendy through social media about two years ago and had been following other brow artists for sometime before just to really see pictures of their work and how satisfied clients were. Micro blading had been something I've wanted to do on myself for years but too scared to take the plunge because I had seen many people with micro bladed brows who, after time, their brows looked horrible (faded, looked green or orange in tint, and just poor work overall). By far, Wendy's work through her pictures was the one who impressed me the most bu I still waited about a year to book her only because I was nervous about making the commitment but I regret not booking her sooner! I booked her around April for a micro blading appointment in July and was super thrilled with my brows! As much as I enjoy taking pictures of my food, I don't like taking pictures of myself and sadly don't have any before or after to share but wow!! After plucking off all my brows in high school, I ruined my hair follicles for life as they never grew back and it's been years of pain in the butt filling in and trying to to find the right brow product/color and overall just so time consuming. I went back to Wendy for my touch up in September and since I'm very oily skinned, my brows faded just a tiny bit so she did a light touch up and now I have the most natural looking, but most importantly, even looking brows! I don't wear any brow pencil or product because these brows don't need it anymore and I get so many compliments as to how perfect my brows are. Demi is simply the best! It was my first facial ever and I was instantly comfortable in a relaxing and professional environment. I came in with very bad hormonal acne due to having just got off birth control and the custom facial saved my skin! I saw amazing improvements!!! This was my very first experience with microblading and I was obviously nervous due to it being semi-permanent tattooing. Wendy put me at ease by explaining the process from start to finish. When outlining my brows, she made sure they were symmetrical and draw my brows so they measured perfectly to my face. She did an excellent job at numbing me and had a gentle touch - I didn't bleed and I had minimal scarring. Even before going in for my touch-up, the strokes of my healed brows were defined and the color was on point. After my touch-up, my brows looked better after filling in the scarred areas.
