This is the first time I've felt the need to leave a negative review for this location (my 5th time here). I arrived at around 6:40 p.m. (the salon closes at 7:00 p.m.). A broad-built Indian woman at the front desk said she would do my threading. I asked her to start with my upper lip, and it was noticeably painful from the beginning, though I didn't say anything. What really concerned me was that she brought the thread inside my nostril while threading my upper lip. I immediately winced in pain. In all the years I've been getting threaded, this has never happened before. It felt very unprofessional and made me question her experience. She has no communication skills at all. The people who have helped me previously in this location were all nice. I told her what had happened and left immediately without completing the service.
