Got Brazilian and full leg wax. My waxer was great. She was friendly and comfortable to work with, knowledgeable for any questions, thorough and high attention to detail. I appreciated that she constantly checked in on if wax temp was comfortable or how I was doing pain wise with the waxing. Though the waxing was nearly painless and was fast. I requested a Brazilian appointment online and was confirmed via text within the minute. I was seen by Melina and she took her time and was thorough. The overall vibe of the business was very cutesy and demure. Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome and Melina stepped out of the room as I got undressed for the service. She also provided a wipe and cover to go over my private area. The wax temperature wasn't too or hot or cold but just right. The soft wax was gentle on my skin and hair as opposed to a hard wax (ie: European Wax Center). Melina made the service comfortable and I felt very safe in her presence. I happen to stop in due to shopping at a nearby store and I decided to walk in to see if they sugar wax- The two ladies that were there they stated that they don't however, they did say that their wax was a soft. Honestly, I didn't know what soft wax could even be ...I am familiar with hard wax however, I gave them a try and I'm glad that I did! It was amazing. I thought it was going to hurt however, Honestly didn't feel the pain that I thought I was going to feel. It was a little bit like how the sugaring felt. Do not go here! I told the wax lady I have sensitive skin and ended up breaking out in hives. She said, "I should have used hypoallergenic wax!" They sent me home with hydrocortisone and told Me to call back later and we will see how you're doing. Why would I call back when you guys are the one who have these irritating products. Especially for a woman's private area, that's not good. I had to take Benadryl and I am still breaking out in hives. Would not recommend at all, they're pretty clueless and I have never had this problem before at any other waxers who use regular wax. I will not be back and definitely bringing this to corporates attention. read more

It was my first time coming here and Elizabeth A. was my waxer! I'm use to using hard wax but I believe a strip wax was used and honestly it wasn't painful at all!! Elizabeth is such a girls' girl and knows how to make you feel comfortable as possible. Being 7 months pregnant, you would think it would be more painful but I guess my tolerance is pretty up there. Why can't I give 10 stars?? I can't even begin to express the expect level of customer service this place.. specifically Kiana has. I was easily able to book about appointment on line. Then I called with a few ridiculous newbie questions and got lucky enough to have Kiana answer the call and answer all my questions and she just happened to be who I was booked with. This was my first experience with waxing anything other then my eyebrows and Kiana made is SUPER comfortable. Walked me through every single step, and I much appreciate her going along with my always rambling conversations. Plus the place was hospital level clean. I was super impressed even with all the lights I saw no dirt. Then there was zero sales pressure which thank goodness.
