After a lot of of review reading, Suneeta seemed like someone worth taking a risk for. She did not disappoint. Straight to the point and cleaned up my eyebrows perfectly. She did not ruin any existing shape or arch and worked with me to help move towards my eyebrow goals. I did not get them tinted, but may consider it next time. Definitely worth a shot. This review is not for the owner- rather one particular worker. I have been coming to URS Threading for many years and have visited all of their locations. This is the first time I've felt the need to leave a negative review for this location (my 5th time here). I arrived at around 6:40 p.m. (the salon closes at 7:00 p.m.). A broad-built Indian woman at the front desk said she would do my threading. I asked her to start with my upper lip, and it was noticeably painful from the beginning, though I didn't say anything. What really concerned me was that she brought the thread inside my nostril while threading my upper lip. I immediately winced in pain. In all the years I've been getting threaded, this has never happened before. It felt very unprofessional and made me question her experience. She has no communication skills at all. The people who have helped me previously in this location were all nice. I told her what had happened and left immediately without completing the service. Based on my experience, I would not trust her with threading. Very unprofessional and unapologetic. read more

I love when I get Suneeta, but usually when I come I'm just at a level of desperation that I'll take anyone who is here, and overall I always leave happy. Today I realized that they do tinting so I opted to do that as well as some very very overdue threading. The process is pretty quick and if they're not super busy I imagine it would be pretty relaxing laying there in the chair while the dye dries. I think one of my brows is slightly darker than the other- of course it's the one she applied first, but in person it's not as noticeable. I'll totally be doing this again! She did ask what color I wanted to tint with and it was my first time so.... I had no idea lol. I'd love if they'd have some signage or something on the site with more info about options. $33 threaded and tinted! read more

I was trying to find a reliable threading spot in the Northbay and I stumbled upon this place on Yelp and read the reviews and everyone seemed happy with their services. Not everyone is satisfied with their eyebrow threading and in the past I've had people thread too much. I called ahead of time if they take walk ins and they do! They get pretty busy and the worker was so inviting and worked with me quickly. I was very satisfied with my eyebrow, upper lip and chin. Prices are reasonable and they have many chairs, seats and other services here. Would recommend! Located off of Willow Pass road it's a quick entrance and a small lot, easy to pass by and miss while driving. read more

I love supporting local businesses and this place is a gem. I am so lucky to have found such a high quality threading place close to my house. Threading has been my preferred method of hair removal for years for my eyebrows and upper lip. It can be slightly painful at times, but always worth it. Here they use thinner thread, which requires more skill from them, but is way less painful for the client. I've even convinced my boyfriend to start threading here now! Even when the place can get busy, they always work quickly and efficiently, while also taking care to do an amazing job. My eyebrows and upper lip always look fantastic when I leave here! And my boyfriend leaves looking cleaned up but not too feminine which was his fear. Support local and come visit here! You won't regret it! read more

I've been coming here for about 4 years since living in Concord, and I've always had a good experience until recently. On 4/15/26, I came in close to closing time (about 2-3 minutes before). I understand that's not ideal, but I would have preferred to be turned away rather than receive rushed and poor service. I asked for a simple clean-up, but ended up with much more of my eyebrows threaded than I wanted. It was not what I asked for. The overall vibe felt off from the start. It seemed like she didn't want to take me because it was closing time, which I understand--but as a regular customer, I expected more politeness and professionalism. I even explained that I had been trying to come in since Monday but, as a new mom, it's not always easy to make it in earlier. I also had a small payment issue and asked if I could pay next time since I'm a regular who comes in every few weeks, but was told no and made to wait until the payment went through, which added to the negative experience. Hi everyone! I really thank Ashika that helped me right away; 10 minutes before closing. She is very nice, gentle, and recommended soft wax. I absolutely love it! My last place I would go, I would do hard wax but she gave me some tips and I will be doing soft wax from now on!!! I went in for eyebrow threading + full face wax and my face looks so pretty especially my eyebrows were sharp, clean, and thick.
