I come here twice a month to have Rashmi clean up my eyebrows (threading). I've been seeing Rashmi for over 2 years and she is always great! I have naturally thick eyebrows, so I've seen a lot of different people in the past 15 years to help me keep them feeling clean and not messy and have had a variety of experiences (and eyebrow shapes lol). She's consistent, very sweet in personality and I can count on her to keep my eyebrows looking natural without looking like an overgrown lawn lol. read more

I had a really good experience here a few weeks ago and decided this would be my regular go-to, because the threading was pleasant and thorough. Sadly the young lady that was working that day was not there when I returned. A different woman who was there (on a Friday afternoon), was super rude and would not get all of the hair off my chin. I showed her twice, different spots she missed, and then she finally told me that she wasn't going to try anymore. They do not wash their hands. The work was ok. I went there yesterday. the woman who worked on me was getting her eyebrows done. After her fried did her eyebrows and leave she got up went to the mirror checked her face wiped her eyes and face with a tissue then come over to me. I said are you going to wash your hands?, she said she was going to use gloves and proceeded to pick up some crumbled gloves from the counter. I was freaking out the entire time!!! Bring a Healthcare professional I am noticing that here in California people don't wash their hands. when I left I noticed she kept the same gloves on did not wash her hands and moved on to the next. Eliza, the lash artist has been doing my lashes for about two years now. I've been going to her before she started at brow bar. She is my go-to lash tech because she uses quality lashes that really accentuate my eye shape. She values cleanliness and is thorough with providing after care instructions. I make sure to wash my lashes regularly with the lash shampoo she gives. I end up using the whole thing before my next fill. Wish she sold them because I def would buy more! read more

DO NOT COME HERE!! I have NO problem with Roshni, she's so sweet and amazing and does her best! It's the product! I called the owner or whatever number that's on the yelp page and she was SO RUDE! I went in for henna eyebrows and it was suppose to be good for a month. It only lasted ONE WEEK and started to clump up. Called and she said I can go in and get them redone. Got them done yesterday and they're already coming off, it's barely showing. Called her, and told her my issue and she was so rude and I was explaining that I'm a regular and I love going to roshni but the product is not doing so well. Blamed it on my skin and said she gave me a FREE service yet it's NOT free.. it's trying to make up for the promised product they said would last for a month and only lasted one week.. so I asked her if she changed products and that the way she's speaking is very rude! My friend and I came in for an appointment we had booked days in advance for a henna tattoo. We arrived at the place only to be rushed while recieving the temporary tattoo. The lady who worked on it did an EXTREMELY poor job and lacked any artistic skills whatsover (I have no idea why she did the henna if she clearly has no experience doing them). Long story short, my henna was a waste of money and I am truly disappointed in the way it turned out. I won't be going there again and I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking for what should be a beautiful henna tattoo. UPDATE: Since the manager or whoever below me had the audacity to send me such a comment I will take a video of the henna. Absolutely butchered my brows. The technician over threaded and trimmed unevenly. My formerly full brows now look completely different, are patchy, and do not match each other or my face shape. The area is still sore and red the day after. This will take months to grow to back. First time getting your eyebrows threaded? DON'T GO HERE! There can often be a line of people and only one threader. Roshni rushes to move on to the next customer and often end up cutting your skin. If you tell her you have sensitive skin or ask her to slow down, she keeps going fast. And she doesn't care or have patience if your eyes tear up. This was my very first time having anyone do my eyebrows, I normally just clean them up myself, and I'm SO glad I went. I did my research on yelp, of course, and figured out I wanted to come to see Roshni. I made sure she was working and came about an hour before closing. I waited maybe 5 minutes and then she was working on me. She was extremely friendly and I didn't feel at all intimidated. The threading itself was super quick and not too painful at all. Then she put the henna on and I had to sit with it for awhile. She gave me great tips to keep the henna on as long as possible, I'm writing this 4ish days later and my brows still look great!
