While I really appreciated Simky's…read morework in the beginning and found her talented and detail-oriented, I eventually made the decision to stop coming here. As the sole worker most of the time, it became difficult to get in touch or book appointments consistently- especially emergent appointments. I also noticed that the shaping of my brows started to shift over time, and unfortunately, they weren't growing into the style I originally loved. It felt like the consistency just wasn't there, and the shape I had about 11 months ago was no longer being maintained. It's clear that Simky is doing her best managing everything, but I think the experience could really benefit from additional trained staff to help provide a more reliable and consistent service when she's unavailable. For now, I've found another place that's been working better for me, but I truly wish her continued success and would give this place 2-3 stars.

I went in yesterday and told Stephanie I just wanted a clean-up, since it had been a while. I specifically mentioned that I like my brows thick and natural. Instead, she completely changed the shape and removed a large portion of my brows. When I pointed it out, she blamed it on old microblading I had done years ago -- which was actually much thinner than my current shape. Rather than checking with me or confirming what I wanted, she just went ahead. Now, one eyebrow is noticeably thinner and sits higher than the other, throwing off the balance of my face. I left in tears. It took me so long to grow them back, and in a matter of minutes, all that progress was gone. Very poor service and communication. If a client says "clean up" and "I like them thick," it's your responsibility to clarify before making any drastic changes. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be returning.

AND to say the least, my lashes are GORGEOUS. Her prices are very reasonable. I've been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and my lashes looked horrible and they are rushing you out. There's an adjoined salon on the first floor which I believe operates separately. It is a little difficult to find, but when you find the building it is the last place on the the far left.
