However, I recently visited the drive-thru only location on Garnett and had a disappointing experience with unclear pricing. I ordered the Fall in Love Latte (20 oz) with half the pumps and was surprised when my total came to $8.21. The posted signage lists 20 oz lattes at $5.25, with "extra flavor" for $0.25, so I expected something closer to that price. After speaking with the manager, I learned that this particular drink includes two sauces and one syrup, each priced separately -- and that "half the pumps" doesn't affect the cost. The manager was very kind and even mentioned that she finds the pricing confusing as well. I completely understand that specialty drinks may cost more, but the current signage and specialty menus don't clearly show how those prices are calculated, which makes it difficult for customers to know what to expect. I also reached out to the owner (on 10/23/24) to share my experience and suggestion for clearer pricing but haven't received a reply as of this review (nearly three weeks later). I'll still stop by Evergreen occasionally -- I do enjoy their drinks and atmosphere -- but in the future, I'll make sure to clarify prices before ordering. Hopefully, they'll consider making their pricing a bit more transparent for everyone.

The owner was training a new employee and I watched them make my smoothie. Know that everything here is super fresh. They were bringing out small ziploc premeasured bags that had been prepared by staff, not shipped in flash frozen. So, I got to see all the fresh veggies and fruits go in. They also offer smoothie bowls which looked delicious. Small place so get it to go. The website states there's a salad bar coming soon. The store offers protein powders, homemade soaps and other items for sale. There's also a "life coach" and another vendor inside as well (maybe a reiki practitioner????). Eclectic place. That's always a complement in my book! Ironically after our Tropical Smoothie Cafe opened in town was when I found out that The Grove had been open for some time. I actually did a comparison tasting between the two. I think The Grove won--maybe it was just because I got to see all the freshness and care put into my smoothie.
