Been here for a couple of times only but for now it seems to be ok. Office folks are nice and collaborative. The Dr is caring, polite, listening to the patient, and revises all available records before making a decision. The Dr does careful checkup and is caring without being condescending. An area of improvement will be to group all the different treatments together and do it in one appointment instead of multiple frequent visits. read more

I have found Dr. Bagheri's office and staff, especially Rosine, to be decent, caring, nice human beings. Dr. Bagheri is knowledgeable as one would expect of a Board certified cardiologist, but beyond that, his "bedside manner" (fortunately he hasn't actually seen me in a hospital bed yet!) is refreshing especially when compared with other doctors who don't seem to have an EQ comparable to their IQ. My family member has been a patient of Dr. Bagheri's for over three years now after he had quadruple bypass surgery. Dr. Bagheri is very knowledgeable and is very thorough with his patients. When my family member was brought to the Emergency Department for a different cardiac issue Dr. Bagheri came the same evening to evaluate him and helped properly diagnose and treat him for his issues. When my family member first met Dr. Bagheri he was in a wheelchair due to being so weak from the surgeries he experienced. If it were not for Dr. Bagheri's due diligence I do not believe his heart would have gotten stronger. As of today he is out of the wheelchair and walks with a cane and we know a big part of that is because of Dr. Bagheri. I am not sure what Dr. Bagheri would do without Rosine and Mary who work at the Front Desk. Any time we need a procedure or test scheduled Mary and Rosine are very prompt returning and answering our calls. They treat us with compassion and dignity if we have any doubts or questions about treatments and medications. Unlike other doctor offices we have been to they do not ignore us when we wait in the waiting room and try to make our visit as comfortable as possible. They wear many hats at the office and make sure that Dr. Bagheri's patients are connected to the best resources and make time for us in case there is a concern that we can only address with Dr. Bagheri. They both care not only about their patients' wellbeing but Dr. Bagheri's and have restructured the office to make it safer for patients during COVID-19. Dr. Bagheri has been my cardiologist for 3 years now. I appreciate that he takes his time and pays attention to my questions and concerns. He explains to me what my blood-related numbers(good/bad cholesterol,etc) should be, targets, etc. He explains any side effects that my medication could have. I don't feel like I have to pry the info out of him, like we are partners in my health. I also like his quirky sense of humor. The office staff are been extremely nice and helpful, both in the office or on the phone. I have had to change appointments a couple of times, and I have not had problems getting through to the staff or in changing the date or time to come in. They always are happy to help. When I go in for an appointment, they always are very nice to deal with. My previous cardiologist's staff made me feel like a number, very unresponsive; Not so for Dr Bagheri's staff. read more

Dr Bagheri is the kind of doctor you always hope for yet so rarely find. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in medicine but he is kind and patient and most importantly caring! He's the type of doctor that is willing to really figure out what's going on and explains thing so calmly to make sure not to worry you. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bagheri and his staff. My grandmother had an appt at 10:30 and we got there at 10:00 and knew we were early so we sat down and 1 minute later they opened the door and called her in!!! What???!!! I've never reviewed a doctor before, but it would be selfish of me not to share the good news about Dr. Bagheri's incredible competence, compassion, and, a bonus, good humor (when appropriate). My parents, my husband, and I all go to him for our primary care as well as heart-related issues. He is very generous with his time, which means you sometimes have to wait in the waiting room a bit, but not all that long, and it's well worth it when it's your turn. I don't know how he manages to juggle so many details at one time. We often make triple appointments for me and my mom and dad to save my driving time. But he never misses anything or makes an error, so far as I can tell (and I keep a sharp eye out for the details of our whole family's care). He is great with responding to questions, never getting annoyed like many other doctors I have known (and left). And a big plus: his office staff is the best. They're efficient, personable, and actually care. Parking is easy and inexpensive, and the building is human-scale, not huge and intimidating. read more

Dr Bagheri is the absolute best. If you need a cardiologist, you must go to Dr Bagheri. You will be so happy that you made that decision. My situation was that my primary care doctor determined that I was in an emergent situation and needed to see a cardiologist immediately. He referred me to Dr Bagheri. How lucky for me. His office was able to coordinate things to get me in right away. Prior to my visit, Dr Bagheri had already reviewed all of my tests so that he was prepared in advance. That was important during the examination. His bedside manner was great as he told me we needed to act right away. Needless to say, my wife and I were pretty scared. But because of his advance preparation and knowledge, he put us at ease. We knew we were in good hands. Immediately he coordinated things with my primary care doctor and arranged to get me admitted to the hospital that day. He made sure I had a good surgeon and was there for me during my stay. Post discharge, he has continued to be hands on. He calls me after each blood test the same day with results and actions I need to take. His office team is also extremely nice and helpful.
