More than once when he was injecting numbing medication, he will hit the actual bone and when my partner showed severe pain, Dr. Arritt pulled back and hit the bone again. He is harsh and rough. He is unkind and extremely unprofessional. In today's appointment, I was unsure if my partner had a cavity at all. During the appointment to fill the supposed cavity, there was zero drilling whatsoever. The appointment ended within 15 minutes, paid cash $592. I am sure there was no cavity. Not to mention Dr. Arritt assumed amalgam was acceptable. When my partner protested he was faced with detest and degradation, downplaying the dangers of mercury. When I go inside to wait for my partner, the front desk staff is consistently rude. Today I asked politely for their WiFi password and I was ignored completely. I repeated the request. Their response was 'we don't have one' I clarified, 'do you mean you don't have public WiFi?' No response. The staff has a very high turnover rate- I think I've seen the same one person twice over the course of 3 months. Seeing Dr. Silvaroli, Reno for the first time, charged $117. For a full set of X-rays comparing to $597 for ONE xray and a very small (5 minute) filling at Dr. Arritt. Wondering if the discrepancy is due to cash pay and no insurance oversight?? So glad to be done with that clown. I am convinced that if this dentist wasn't in a small town, as the only dentist- he wouldn't survive with any competition at all. We miss Dr. Dow.

Before ever asking me what's going on or how I'm feeling, the receptionist goes straight to insurance info. She asked for my insurance information before my name FFs. Your only job is to provide a service. A service that the client needs, not a service of your choosing. If I had come in with no specific issue I understand they want X-rays to establish a baseline and get you started as a client. But I wasn't there to chit chat and make the doctor's car payment for the month. I was there for a specific issue that needed immediate attention. She sent me home with an infected tooth that she ignored. Horrible doctor! If I wasn't able to mitigate the infection myself and it had spread doctor Sabrina and I would be in court or worse.

Boo Hoo, I had to have a tooth pulled…read more Let me start by saying I've been going to Dr. Kutansky's office for years for cleanings and checkups and I couldn't be happier with their service. The (Lovelock and Fallon) office staff is fun, energetic and kind. The office and exam rooms are clean and well organized and they make you feel very comfortable right from the get go. Last week, I had to have a tooth pulled. I'll be honest and say...I was very apprehensive. I would rather be in labor than have a toothache and I was being a baby...and that is putting it mildly. Dr. K knew how fearful I was so when I showed up to my scheduled appointment (they are open on Saturday) he gave me a little hug and reassured me, all would be fine. They sat me down for an xray. The tech was very conscience to the pain I was suffering and was as gentle as she could be. She chatted with me and even made me smile a couple of times. The Dr. then came in and sat with me, explaining in detail the root system, showed me the crack and explained why it HAD to come out, then told me step-by-step what he was going to do. He numbed up the area, came back in 15 minutes, and numbed it up some more. As he performed the procedure, he kept me informed in a very gentle calming manner. This man has very good bedside manner and really does care about his patients' comfort. So, thank you Dr. Kutansky and staff. You all turned a potentially horrible experience into a not so horrible experience.

My how things have changed. This visit was the 1st of several, including a referral to an oral surgeon. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. She has been great about communicating, about focusing on what was most important and overall just caring about me as a person! I cant say enough good things about Dr Bryant or the rest of the staff. They have all been kind, understanding and working hard to not only get me seen but to help me get things covered by my insurance. Honestly if you have had a bad experience give them another chance but get scheduled on a Monday when Dr Bryant works. You wont regret it!!
