Everyone was super friendly and attentive. When meeting with Dr R and explaining how I HATE being drilled on and was super nervous for my procedure, he assured me the this is a procedure he does very often and personally promised me I wouldn't feel a thing. I had to be put under, and when I woke up everyone was very hands on about my care, how i felt, and if I needed anything. After going home, Dr R even personally answered my call at home phone on a friday night! I was super impressed by that. Through all of my follow ups he was very gentle and my work came out beautiful. Made first initial consultation appointment here two weeks ago with second visit today 3/24/23. The consultation was scheduled very easily upon calling the practice directly. The receptionist immediately provided me complete answers to basic questions I had and scheduled the appointment for the time and date of my choosing. A few days later I arrived on time and within a few minutes after it took to complete a basic form on an iPad I was met by a member of the clinical staff along with Dr. Yusupov the care provider who is experienced in multiple modalities of dental medicine including surgical and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Yusupov is highly credentialed with vast knowledge & practice experience across major teaching university that translates to the safest of office based Dental Medicine services. His staff is outstanding and the practice location is far above any I've previously attended with respect to it being impeccably clean throughout its entire premise. Staff & it's leadership's are professional and polite in the most genuine manner such that you can't help to notice their commitment to your well being is at the center of all they determines matters. Had an extraction and bone graft to a tooth in the lower left back of my mouth which had decayed after years of having a root canal and crown. arrived a few minutes prior to my surgery appointment at 11:00am and was out the office by 12:30pm. Near 8 hours later as I write this feel great with the most minimal discomfort. My follow up appointment is in 2 weeks. Following Doctors orders I expect to have a post & implant within the next 4 months. This is the most professional practice I've ever experienced and makes me wonder why aren't there more professional Dental practitioners who can copy this model. After the appt I kept thinking about how he said that. I was so sure that I was right that I got a second AND third opinion from other drs and they both confirmed that I was right. The problem is that completely changes how you read the numbers on the labs. If you can't even get that simple thing right how can I trust you to diagnose me? When i asked him what those numbers could mean he just went off on tangents about conditions that had nothing to do with me. It was a complete waste of time. He also has another location in Midtown East (139 East 36th in Murray Hill between Park and Lexington). Since he's moved to the city, he has a more competent staff including a Physician's Assistant (PA) who can see you instead of Olivieri if it's nothing urgent. The wait time is still a bit long to see either, but nothing like it used to be in his Brooklyn office. He no longer has a phlebotomist in his office. Dr. Olivieri is less harried now that he has his Manhattan office(s) and is, therefore, more accessible.
