When I first met him a decade ago, I had already worked with five other orthodontists who were all unsuccessful as managing the chronic bleeding, swelling and aggravation of my entire section of gums in the top six front teeth. So it was not really about cosmetics, it was about health and wellness. Within 9 months, not only did I have a whole new look that I never even imagined was possible but most importantly - my gums have not any swelling or bleeding in 10 years. Quite simply amazing. Within a year, I shifted my 75 year old mom over to Dr. Pappous care. And he has performed wonders with some very difficult issues. And he is made her quality of life immeasurably better. Waiting times are extremely long even if you made an appointment. Anyway I tried to make an appointment for my annual and also I've been feeling dizzy so urgent care told me to go to my pcp. The lady at the front desk was being very rude raising her voice and tries to convince me that I need to see the physician assistant instead and wouldn't allow me to visit for my annual because I came in for one 11 months ago. I'm tired of these kind of conversations from that office. Finding another pcp. This is office is a joke.
