Very diligent, empathetic, professional and patient. She was efficient in helping me with my paperwork and any questions and concerns I had for my husbands visit. It was nice to come to an office where the vibe was positive. As for the Technician Katy OMG WHAT A DOLL. She was so kind empathetic and sweet to my husbands needs. I felt as though I was with family with her. She was professional, diligent and patient.
