Remind you they had been returning our calls most of the time until we get into a WEEK of going to court and in hopes of providing the family, with the Zoom link, and brief discussion on how this process works etc. Then the day of the hearing, the judge ask did we have any individuals on the Zoom call or any family members who will be listening in etc. Bryan straight LIES in court and tells the judge he sent the family a form or something like that, but the family NEVER replied. Which obviously was not true (Now this just confirms that you are a LIAR, and we CANNOT TRUST YOU) Luckily, we had someone IN PERSON, who was in attendance representing the family (most out of state of Indiana) who stood up and says there IS family on the zoom call, and she explains that she had provided us with the link. The judge says okay because I do see people on the call. Luckily, we were able to be granted access from the Host and was able to view the hearing. During this process of modification, basically the prosecutor was dwelling on the past of things that occurred 6 years ago and basically said they did not think it was a good idea to let the defendant out (after serving 24 Years and NO this is not a murder CASE) After this was stated, the judge then Ask Brian did he have anything to say, and he says, "I will not give up on the Defendant". Like that is your Closing Remarks??? Also, they DID not give the family an opportunity to say remarks and someone had their hand raised the ENTIRE time during this hearing but was NEVER acknowledge. Also, the plan in place for after release was Never mentioned (more Positive side) Well, the Ending, you know the REST.... Its ANDERSON! (Too bad I have to at least give 1 Star but I prefer 0 STARS!)

The night of the incident, several teenagers who were on drugs and plotting to kill the husband and wife with rat poison for insurance money. When the husband intervened and threatened to call the police, the teenagers devised a plan of their own. They managed to devise a convincing story to accuse the husband of battering his wife. They matched up their stories, called the police, an arrest was made and charges filed. As such, the husband was forbidden to contact his wife until the trial was over (which could have 6 months or more). It seems as though Mr. Whitehead felt passionate about this case as he could personally relate to wrongful way this couple had been treated by the legal system . As a result, Mr. Whitehead was able to enlighten the prosecutor into realizing the full story and situation (what REALY happened and why). Mr. Whitehead resolved the case three months before the trial was scheduled to take place. The husband was able to avoid a highly publicized and expensive trial and was able to go back home to his wife, who was very distraught over the situation. Have to recently hiring this company to do a home inspection for my family, to buy my friends home, we discovered a whole box of very vintage baseball cards come up missing after the home inspector was in the house. Attempted to put a review up about the situation and the business owner instead of saying hey what's going on let's see if we can address this immediately started calling me a liar saying no no employee of mine would do that, but I have all the communications from the homeowner and the realtor who both state that these cards were stolen from the home as neither one of them had it , and they were promised to my child. Then when I email the business owner to try to address it he still continues to call me a liar instead of addressing the issue and tells me to go ahead and post reviews. So just know this man is not the type of guy you want to do business with! He will allow an employee to come into your home and steal from you and then defend the employee behind a false reputation of a business that is highly suspect now that he is attacked us the victims of a crime by one of his employees.
