Right away the main well pump motor that they installed brand new had a problem with it they had to come back multiple times to fix it I told him I wanted a new one. The plumber that was supervising the job told them in writing that I needed a new pump, they denied it he had to come back repeatedly to make a minor adjustment on the pump he showed me the adjustment barely a quarter turn of a screwdriver so over the weekend it did it again I did what he said adjusted it barely a quarter turn and because of that they canceled my warranty and now they refuse to service me. I don't know the time patience or money to sue them, but I would suggest you go to a different plumber. Oh and by the way they said I needed a new well dug and that was the reason the pump wasn't working. Guess what I got another plumber he put a new pump in I have not had a problem with it since.

I contacted him in the afternoon to check on the status, he stated that they hadn't made it yet because of emergency calls. No big deal. I then contacted him a 3rd time later in the afternoon to confirm the work was completed (4:58 PM), and he then asked if it could be done the next day (today). I had to take the initiative to communicate with him the entire time to get answers. Unfortunately, I don't think this is a reliable plumber and I would not recommend. Note- this was a very easy / fast job that needed to be done on Thursday (turning water on).

I have called them numerous times for different properties, and have always felt good about their work, prices and people. They don't fluff or try to sell you anything that isn't about moving water in or out of your home. I WILL ALWAYS CALL JACKSON PLUMBING!!!!
