Rita stepped right in and contracted the crews to get our house fixed and kept us informed all the way! Around five minutes into our conversation, and me showing her my home, I felt confident in her and I knew she was the person! We were selling our home in Clarksville, TN while we lived 13 hours away in North Carolina. She took on all responsibilities of the home, from calling maintenance work to every little detail that needed to be cared for. We are so very grateful for Sue Hill and the Steve Nash Team. She stayed on top of everything, keeping us in the loop about everything going on. Steve Nash was excellent at making sure we had our documents read, signed etc. These two work together great to provide awesome service! Normally, I'm the type of person who is bending an ear with this and that, but I just felt so comfortable and confident with and in our real estate agent, that I was able to sit back and honestly, do nothing. Michelle did a good job with our first property, but our experience with the second has been…read moreextremely disappointing. She failed to send our renewal notice on time, and I had to remind her. Even then, she waited until only 20 days before our lease expired to provide three poor comparables that were clearly not similar to our home. I ended up doing all the market research myself. When I considered ending our agreement, she threatened me with a full year's management fee instead of addressing the issues. We have worked with MR on three properties and even bought one through them, but because of Michelle's lack of effort and unprofessional handling of our account, we will not be using MR again. She argues constantly, never admits she's wrong, and could put in more effort.
