I have 3 Kids all 17 months apart and each could t be any more different than the other. The great thing is that they know inherently how to work with each of them; particularly with my son that has sensory issues and auditory processing disorder. I can't begin to tell you how challenging it's been to find a doctor for him in Orlando. The practice is very nice, extremely clean and has a very amazing staff. The office works hard so that we know of any costs not covered by insurance and the prices are very fair. Most importantly...let's talk about scheduling and waits. Surprise! They schedule appropriately and we have NEVER waited. Plus they even have enough chairs that all 3 of my kids can get cleaned and examined all at once!!! I love this place :-)

She nicely explained to him what he needed to do to be safe and get through his procedure. The dentist came in and saw that my son was still a little nervous and she explained to him what she was going to do and helped him relax. The dentist performed the extraction in a timely manner and after everything was done she even offered him a popsicle. It wasn't a long process and everyone involved was courteous and professional. However, the dentist told me she only had one cavity and suggested taking the tooth out instead of fixing it, which didn't make sense to me. As a parent, I felt uncomfortable with that plan and decided to get a second opinion the same day. The new dentist took fresh X-rays and confirmed that my daughter actually had three cavities -- the same number found by her previous dentist -- and even discovered one big one that needed to be treated right away. This second dentist fixed all three cavities immediately and was very caring and professional. I do not recommend this office based on our experience. The diagnosis and treatment plan here were utterly different from those of the other two dentists, and I'm glad I trusted my instincts and went elsewhere. I wish I could publish the X-ray of my daughter, but I will not.

The staff in there are all super kind and they have a little check out area that the kids absolutely love because they can pick out a little trinket. They were able to check his teeth and give him a cleaning. I am now dealing with issues with payment and my insurance. We moved out of state and let the office know which in return should've informed insurance to stop payments which apparently was not done. The new office we see now has done their part and submitted and informed me of everything updated. The orthodontic care that my kid received here apparently was so bad that the new office had to redo a lot of their work and pushed her completion date by another year. I barely saw a difference in her teeth then, like now it's so much better at the new office. I see a major difference in the work. I hope that the office sees this and contacts the insurance company back.
