They blindsided me with almost $300 the day before my then scheduled cleaning. First visit took 2 hours as they took "quicker" consults to review treatment plans before me. I just wanted a routine cleaning and instead turned into a rabbit hole. I went back and forth with Leeann calling me and having to keep putting me on hold to ask the manager over and over. I'm not sure why the manager just couldn't speak with me and put poor Leeann though the mediator. Leanne was very sweet and apologetic which was appreciated. They kept negotiating the amount I would have to pay to then keep my cleaning appointment and then finally said they would "forgive" or right off the remaining I was not prepared to pay. In office I tried to schedule for my husband a new client consult and just for a cleaning since the whole issue with my X-rays I didn't want to be deceitful and have to go through this again. I was told after the intake person had to go ask the manager again that it is not something they do. That they have to do x-rays. They just seem like all they want is money.

Despite being in significant pain -specifically sensitivity to tapping, heat, cold, food, everything - this office performed a completely inadequate exam. While the office staff is lovely, the level of care was awful. They took standard 2D X-rays, which showed "nothing," and then failed to perform a basic bite-pressure test to check for cracks. Most concerningly, their advanced imaging (CBCT) was down, and they do not utilize surgical microscopes for clinical exams. If you have a complex issue or a potential "invisible" fracture, a standard X-ray is not enough. To be scheduled for an emergency diagnostic appointment when the necessary equipment is non-functional is a waste of the patient's time. I have since learned that without a CBCT (3D scan) or a microscope, they are essentially guessing. I will be taking my care to a specialist who has the technology required to actually diagnose the source of my pain and the ethics not to schedule an appointment when they don't. If you are looking for a practice that uses modern diagnostic standards for dental pain, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I got a same day appointment, which I was so thankful for. When I got there, however, I had to wait almost an hour post my appointment time. I was taken back, and the hygienist asked what was going on. I explained the situation and out of nowhere she said I'd need a root canal. Don't you have to look at my teeth? She took an x-ray and said the dentist would see me soon. The dentist eventually comes in, and without looking at my teeth says, "you need a root canal." He said he'd look at my teeth. He poked and prodded for a few seconds then told me to take advil and Tylenol for the pain and sent me on my way. Everyone was real nice, but it was pretty much 50 bucks wasted.

Parking at this location is extremely difficult, but we still made every effort to arrive on time. After checking in and making a payment, we waited until almost 1:45 PM with absolutely no communication or updates. Meanwhile, multiple patients who arrived after us were being called back and serviced before us. Then, after waiting over an hour, we were called to the front desk and told we needed to make an additional $40 payment because the insurance information had apparently been entered incorrectly during a previous visit -- by the office staff. While I had no issue paying the balance, what was frustrating was the lack of communication. Why was there no phone call before the appointment to notify us of the issue? To make matters worse, the administrator at the front desk responded with attitude when I politely explained that the insurance information had been manually entered by their staff previously. My concerns were completely ignored. The doctors and dentists may be great, but unfortunately the front office administration is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. My family and I will not be returning due to the poor customer service and disrespectful experience we received.

I am ashamed to say I didn't walk out the day Dr Craig was criticizing his assistant in front of me. That was unprofessional and reveled a lot about his character. His wife is often working in the office, as there seems to be new receptionists every time I go there - as well as assistants. I think they have a hard time keeping employees. I was extremely stressed with tooth pain - I thought I might be grinding my teeth because I have been the caretaker for my husband who has cancer. I tried to explain my symptoms and issue to Dr Craig, but he wouldn't even listen. He started rambling about his Hawaii surfing vacation where he stayed in a multimillion dollar condo. I had just spent the last week with my husband in the hospital. The final straw was charging me a copay for an exam and cleaning when my insurance pays 100% of basic care.
