A HUGE shout out to Dr. John Tawadrous and Ms. Claudia! I took my 5-year old son in for a filling today and they made the whole process smooth and painless. I was extremely nervous about taking him because he is very afraid of everything and up until that point had not had any issues going in for his cleanings. I was nervous that this would make him afraid to go to the dentist but he went through the whole procedure like it was nothing because Dr. John and Ms. Claudia made him feel super comfortable and relaxed. I can't thank them enough for making it a positive experience for him. All the staff here are always incredibly friendly and polite and wonderful with my kids. The crown jewel of pediatric dentistry in St Cloud (or south Orlando for that matter!!) gets a big fat 5 stars from all my kids. We've been seeing the drs here for over two years and couldn't be any happier. When it comes to pediatrics dentists, it's never an easy chore. I have 3 Kids all 17 months apart and each could t be any more different than the other. The great thing is that they know inherently how to work with each of them; particularly with my son that has sensory issues and auditory processing disorder. I can't begin to tell you how challenging it's been to find a doctor for him in Orlando. The practice is very nice, extremely clean and has a very amazing staff. The office works hard so that we know of any costs not covered by insurance and the prices are very fair. Most importantly...let's talk about scheduling and waits. Surprise! They schedule appropriately and we have NEVER waited. Plus they even have enough chairs that all 3 of my kids can get cleaned and examined all at once!!! I love this place :-) read more

This place is the perfect place for our family. We were originally referred by Celebration Dental to get oral surgery for our nine year old daughter. The drive is just under 30 minutes for us, but well worth it. We now use them for all three of our children, including our one and three year old. We were pleasantly surprised that the price for surgery was not even half of what we had been quoted by previous providers, and split up into three visits. This made it less intrusive for our daughter much better on our pockets. We even received a refund for overpayment after insurance covered more than expected. The team is incredibly professional and conscious of the nerves of the kids. They use terminology that helps ease their minds, and comforts them through everything. They have TVs in the ceiling to help occupy the little ones as well. We recently brought the tots for their first visit, and we were able to hold both in my lap while they were inspected, and surprisingly, they had no issues! Bonus points for the token prize machine after the visit, and tablets in the waiting room to keep them busy while waiting. read more

This place saved my son! He cracked a tooth which I thought was related to him grinding his teeth. Apparently he had a cavity and it broke through the tooth and began to cause him lots of pain. I made an emergency appointment. I called on a Sunday evening in an effort to be able to get a call back in the morning. Well the dentist called me back about 5 mins later. She assessed the situation and directed me to call in the morning for an appointment. They saw my son right away and were able to prescribe meds to alleviate the pain. He loved this place. Tablets and TV's are available to keep the kids calm and entertained. The people are just about the nicest that I have met and I kind of wish they were my dentists. I love that they put name tags on each child so the doctors can speak to the children by their names and keep track of them as well. There is a seating area for parents to wait behind the dentist's chairs. They have now become our regular dentist. This is a great place for kids who may be apprehensive about the dentist. They provide a calming environment with lots of love. At the end of the visit they give the children a coin to use in their vending machines where the children can pick their own prizes. After a couple other miserable trips to other pediatric dentists, my friend referred me here. My daughter (5 yoa) is petrified of the dentist and every trip was a traumatizing experience for me and her, so I was willing to try anything. immediately upon arrival they made my daughter feel relaxed. they talked to her and put her at ease before even bringing her back. once in the chair she started crying a little and they immediately calmed her down and made her feel better. the doctor (Bertot) explained everything and was very patient. It was an all around great experience. They even gave her little brother a prize too after the visit. Without a doubt, the best pediatric dentist Ive been to! The best pediatric dentists we have ever used!!!! My kids love them. The front office is wonderful and treat us like family. I simply can't say enough about this office. The dentist always comes up to talk to me and answer questions. I've never had a problem with scheduling or or even rescheduling. Look no further....
