So slow. The worst service. I ordered a bagel. Didn't know it didn't come with cream cheese. I asked the people preparing and I was treated like the BIGGEST INCONVENIENCE. No desire to make it right. Doesn't offer to help. So I asked how do I get cream cheese on it and the rude woman said that I need to go back and pay for it which is fine. It's just her demeanor was terrible and she made me feel like I was not a guest in a restaurant but a toddler in her kitchen so then I go back and there's a long line to which you already paid for the bagel, and the guy running the cash register says I gotta go back to the back of the line and wait for the four customers ahead of me to check out just so I can add cream cheese to the stupid bagel. I don't have a problem paying for the cream cheese. But the right thing would've been for the woman to say I'll add it then she tells the cashier in the next available spot in between customers the cashier quickly rings up a dollars worth of cream cheese. That is not what happened I was rudely told to go back and pay for it and the cashier sends me to the back of the line so I have to wait for 4 more people again to pay for it to pay for this silly cream cheese. Even during the process, the people making the bagels were asking where my payment was for the cream cheese and the guy just had me wait in line until I could pay for it. Ridiculous. Of course I'm paying for it. They're just should've been a better way of handling this customer service issue. Everybody in there was rude and I felt like I was bothering these employees except for Karlos. He was great asked me questions and made sure I left with the sandwich that I was supposed to get. So I wanna shout out Karlos for caring and the rest of this team needs serious help! read more

Came here on a Sunday morning, understandably busy, so instead of waiting in the long line I decided to place my order online for pick up. It said it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes, but it ended up taking a whole hour. Horrible customer service. The woman at the counter refused to show me where in the queue my order was so instead of waiting for 10 to 15 minutes I ended up going to get breakfast at Yum kitchen next-door, and I still was able to eat the full breakfast before my actual order was ready at Bruegger's. Customer service was some of the worst I've encountered at a Bruegger's. The lady had a horrible attitude. 10 out of 10 would not recommend the store, I believe this was a manager that was speaking to me and also had an attitude problem simply when inquiring about a order placed 45 minutes prior. This is no way to run a business and if your managers are gonna be treating customers like this, I'll pass on this establishment and so should YOU. read more

Wow sweet deal! I went online yesterday and ordered a bagel box. They come in 1/2 dozen, baker'sdozen and 18 bagel options. You get to choose your cream cheese, bagel flavors and any additional sides, sandwiches, dessert, beverages, etc. You can order hours or days ahead and choose a time slot. Your order is ready when you arrive. The bagels are soooo fresh and yummy. We love the honey walnut and veggie cream cheese! We were adventurous and tried the Jalapeño this time...score! After speaking with him, Derek said he didn't know that I wanted to redeem it. Well, I showed him the receipt with "Free Bagel with Cream Cheese". There was a line so didn't think it was worth holding up the line. It just goes to show that new management has made this once great place to now dismal. Also, coffee selection is worse now with only Caribou. Limited selection of coffee with no specialty flavor of the month. Here is my receipt to show the error. The team member inside, first just yelled at me through the door to go away, but eventually came out with the managers number. I called the manager (Hannah) who said there was nothing she could do to refund the card over the phone. She offered a gift card in the mail (No. I want a refund. I do not want to come back to the store). Hannah told me to come back on Friday, when the store re-opened. Today is Friday. The store is still closed. Hannah is not answering her phone. Buyer beware when you order a turkey sandwich here, you get a one paper thin slice of turkey. You might expect it to resemble the menu photo of a turkey sandwich with a mound of layered turkey, but you would be wrong. The photo, I was told, is a "double portion" so, if you want that, you pay extra. Hmmm, ok. Since I appreciate actual turkey on my TURKEY sandwich, I said ok. Sorely disappointed. The seating area is still closed, so we ordered a bundle to go. While selecting the bagels, we were told theres an .80 upcharge each for the bagels we wanted, so beware the 18 bucks for 13 bagels could really be over $28 bucks. We were there late Saturday morning and they were making bagels and there were at keast four people working, but there was a 10 minute wait for the kind i wanted, and with the seating area closed, i got different bagels rather than stand there. read more

This is my first review EVER on here and unfortunately I was disappointed. As a person of color, I felt really uncomfortable here. I understand there is not much diversity in this area but it's noticeable the difference in treatment to customers who are white vs. nonwhite. Great service! I needed to pick up some of the treats for a new office gathering and the people at Bruegger's were more than accommodating! I called 2 days before to see if they were doing anything special for St. Patrick's Day. Lo and behold, all their plain bagels were going to be made with green dough! I ordered 1 dozen green, 1 dozen assorted and 4 cream cheese for less than $30. I thought $13.99 for a Big Bagel Bundle - 13 bagels and 2 cream cheese was not too shabby of a deal. Especially since I got to pick whatever I wanted, which included my new fav - Cheddar Pesto. The bagels were hot and had just been bagged when I got there. I was in and out with my loot and a DC in less than 2 minutes. This was good since I'm not what you would call a morning person.... Hubs & I were lucky enough to get a breakfast date this morning before a baby appt. We didn't have enough time for a sit down breakfast but this Bruegger's, with the Caribou connected, was the perfect solution. I had the Breakfast bagel on Asiago bagel with egg, cheddar & turkey sausage and Hubs got the Rio Grande Wrap. My bagel was fine, but kind of boring. I noticed that they have a sundried tomato spread which I think would have been tasty. Hubs enjoyed his wrap with the jalapeno cream cheese, turkey sausage & peppers & onions. This brueggers is a very simple, and basic brueggers bagels. The food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly. I went in this morning and even though there was a pretty long line, the service was very fast, and the employees made sure to pay special attention to each individual who was ordering! I absolutely love the bagels here and their cream cheeses are awesome! I came here today with my mother, we ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese and 2 coffees. I had the onion bagel with olive and pimento cream cheese and a small house blend coffee. My mother had the whole grain bagel with Honey Nut cream cheese with a small dark roast coffee. Both our bagels were awesome, cannot go wrong with that choice! My coffee was good, very strong but smooth. My mother drank all of hers, so I guess she liked it. Well this review is for the recently opened Bruegger's in Commerce drive - Woodbury MN which doesn't seem to be listed in yelp. I am extremely disappointed with their service. I had visited them about two weeks back and ordered a Skinny Zesty Egg White Sandwich. When the order arrived I noticed that my bagel wasn't a skinny one(for the skinny one Brueggers use a two-bladed slicer that simply removes the middle third of the bagel, leaving the top and bottom). They just cut the whole bagel into two and toasted them with other ingredients. I expressed my disappointment to one of the guys there. He apologized and said they will make another for me.It wasn't even crowded...there were hardly 2-3 customers. But now they forgot my order!!!! I had to check again and finally got mine after 15 mins. One bagel - 15 mins??? This is terrible! I visited them again last week, ordered the same skinny bagel. They repeated the same mistake. I told the lady who was there and she apologized and said will make another one. Unlike the bruegger's in City Centre Drive you cannot see them make the sandwich in front of you. I saw her grabbing the slicer and using them. I was hoping for a good bagel, but to my surprise I was fooled this time. She used the thick bottom half from the first bagel(non skinny one) and used the sliced top part from the second bagel. Huh! The bottom was not toasted so it wasn't hot, but the top slice was extremely hot. I got fooled!!!! How difficult is it to just slice the bagel right??? It hardly takes time.I know everyone might be thinking that its such a small issue, but the problem is I pay money for bagel that is already listed in their menu....mine wasn't a customized one. Terrible! Possibly the worst bagel & service I've ever had. These positive reviews are comical, considering my experience this morning. Enduring an unorganized 15 min wait in line was bad enough, walking out to my car to find a cold un-toasted bagel was a disappointment, but a typical mistake at these fast food establishments. What enraged me, was returning to endure another long wait & stepping back out to my car to find another cold bagel with a just barely visible spot of cream cheese. So small that only the outside center of the bagel hole had cream cheese! Why people line up to eat here shocks the heck out of me. Seriously, the worst ever! read more

Went in there today and simply ordered a toasted bagel with butter. I Went to the register to pay and waited. I was handed my bagel wrapped up and in a bag. I walked out the door and drove off. 5 mins down the road I open my bagel to see its totally burned. There is a ring of char around the inside edges and the bottom was literally black. At the very least I should have been asked if it was done too much or another one, not burned, should have been automatically made. Instead I wasted $4 read more
