I have seen a lot of different chiropractors and sports therapists over the years due to back and neck problems that have been brought on by desk jobs and extreme hobbies. I am staying in Floresville for a month at Cycleranch and once I started riding my dirt bike my hand, arm numbness and pain got so bad I could only ride for 5-10 mins before being forced to stop. I called on a Friday afternoon and got in Monday morning. I really appreciated him walking me through what is really happening with my spine, his plan, and how each apt will go. Dr. Goolsby's passion is second to none. I have been three times in the first week and have seen immediate improvements, Dr. Goolsby is also one of the very few drs that takes the time prior to the adjustment to provide heat and one of two electro treatments to relax the muscles. My muscles are so tight this is necessary for me and I have never had anyone adjust my neck so well, every vertebrae in my spine is adjusted if possible and needed. Each appointment I never feel rushed, as he patiently listens to all my concerns and requests. Adjusting my wrists and helped deep stretch my neck. Also providing tape to see what will help me the most. Everyone in the office is so kind and welcoming, they make me feel part of a family. An absolutely lovely experience every time I go. I highly recommend giving him a try even if you have a chiropractor. Every doctor has a different touch and technique. I have seen doctors making small or no progress after months and some drs (like Dr. Goolsby) seeing immediate results. After 8 years of tolerating waiting with or without an appointment I have decided to move my family…read moreto someplace where the office staff doesn't call the other mom and knows how to work people in and not go to her "mom" for approval or consistent questions. Today I went in because I tweaked my back got there and waited an hour before my husband who by the way had an appointment. When my husband walked in checked in 10 minutes before his appointment I thought they would do like they have done before and just put us in once it was his appointment time. It was now 15 minutes after my husbands scheduled time and a patient who had an appointment for after my husband walked in and the front desk girl don't know her name because one she is not friendly and unapproachable sent that patient directly to the room. This is uncalled for and although all my family including my father has gone here I will no longer tolerate it. If you want a place that you get seen within a reasonable time of an appointment or even wait time I would recommend going someplace else unless your schedule is completely empty. Dr might be good in fact great/amazing but service time and front office personnel could use some help!
