I shopped around for different solutions, landscape companies, dumpster companies even going so far to get a quote from Burrtec, which gave me a ridiculous quote of $800 + $300 dump fee. I was desperate as I needed to find a solution, and I solution I did find in Harness who gave me the best Quote and Service out of any of the options I researched. BONUS! As part of my Demolition and landscaping, I had to tear down a porch that had Wood Rot. I was supposed to have help, in tearing down my backyard porch, but my help fell through. Left hanging out to dry... Ray who is an awesome dude by the way... puts everything aside and says "No Worries, I will help you tear down this porch, we'll knock it out in no time", and in no time we did, he even helped me carry the debris to the dumpster. Ray did not have to do that, he did not have to help, but he did, I can guarantee no other dumpster companies would have done it. I filled out what appeared to be a waitlist for the program itself, but I received an email from this Brad individual saying he was going to contact me to go over prequalifying for a mortgage. I responded back saying no thank you and that I was apparently mistaken as to what I filled out, so no need to contact me. Attached is the (completely unnecessary) response I received. I just wanted to put this out there for other like-minded people who want to know the kind of person they are dealing with when making what is, for most, the biggest purchase of their lives. As to his response on this review - I was neither upset nor seeking his assistance. This email and his responses to other negative feedback speak for themselves. Judging by some of the other negative reviews, it sounds like he is quicker to respond to someone who ISN'T interested in his services than others who are. Don't ask me how it took 5.5 hours for him to communicate that he could not make the appointment despite the multiple email confirmations I received from his business. I was going to give him the benefit of the doubt but today AGAIN he did not follow through or answer my call during the scheduled appointment time.
