In my experience, it's extremely rare to work with someone who is punctual, especially a contractor or service worker. He always communicated about everything and wasn't afraid to ask follow up questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. His workers were very meticulous. I'm familiar with the process for this job, so I could tell they were not cutting any corners and took pride in their work. They always cleaned up at the end of every day, and never left a mess.
