This business was a NO SHOW twice in a row. Unresponsive. Unprofessional. It is very inconsiderate to schedule with clients, not once, but twice, and not show up either time. It's disrespectful to waste customers' valuable time. I gave him a second chance yesterday, so for him not to show up again and go MIA is downright disrespectful. If you want to retain valuable customers, this is not the way to go Eric. Since you aren't replying from your second no-show, this is my only option to communicate and to inform other customers to not be led on like we were. Your guy (and you) never showed up as promised -- we have 360 degree cameras around the property and one at the gate. Nobody has arrived and nothing shows up on video. It drizzled for 7 minutes at 6:53am this morning but it was a few minutes before your guy was to arrive at 7am, so he should have been here anyway. Regardless, you never responded. Turned our heater on 80, left the windows wide open during the rain and cold, making our gas bill go up over 3000%!!
