When you complain, they say shop elsewhere or downright ask you to leave. Please be cognizant as a LOT of people are getting ripped off, unknowingly. Please consider sharing your findings with the BBB, Ohio Weights & Measures, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Ohio Attorney General. Kroger, as a near monopoly, has a duty and obligation to provide honest and fair pricing practices. They are knowingly and willingly doing the opposite of this. The burden of having to audit receipts, to this degree, should NOT be required on there consumers part. This issue is well known and has even been brought to light by investigative reporting from Consumer Reports in conjunction with The Fern.

The prices seem to be a bit cheaper and more reasonable than Village Market. All of the aisles are labeled clearly and it is easy to find what we need. The employees are kind and friendly. One of the employees behind the counter wasn't wearing her mask. It was hanging from one ear. There are plexiglass dividers on the counters.

A sign on terminals indicates that the card readers are slow, but it wasn't that noticeable. Due to COVID-19 occupancy in the stote is limited. The store is requiring masks for employees and customers. Patrons must knock on the inside door to be let in. A parking lot is shared with a neighboring business. On one event an employee told me the hotdogs I pointed out had been put in the cooler the night before. They were a month over expiration. This location seems to be poorly managed and has plenty of disgruntled employees that hate their jobs but don't leave.

In addition to the various food options, these folks really understand customer service and customer appreciation! Everyone is so very nice and occomodating! The cashiers look you in the eye when they greet you and thank you for shopping with them...and they mean it! The manager/owner is so very nice and personable. You always see him on the floor working right along side his employees and always greeting the customers. I've even seen him help people out to their car with their groceries! You will find that the prices are a bit higher on many things, but in this case you are definitely getting what you pay for! The whole experience is well worth the little extra money it might cost. You will leave this store feeling your money was well spent! This is one of my favorite experiences, and I am no fan of grocery shopping. It's always a pleasure to shop here!
