Then Ron (general manager) said i must have picked it up, I told them I didn't . I left after Ron told me they would check everywhere and call me by end of week. He didn't. So I called them .Ron's tone changed and he suggested maybe I had memory problems and I should check everywhere around my house. He said they would check around and call me by the end of the week .He didn't. He did send a text of some paperwork that he said proved I picked up the watch But it didn't match my paperwork which clearly stated the watch was now on consignment . So I called them again. Ron was now yelling ,calling me a con man , cursing that he "sick of my s---t , and said to not call or come to the store ever again. I felt I was being SCAMMED! So I called the Sherrif! They met me in the parking lot and I showed them my paperwork and told them my story. They went in the store and spoke with Ron. When the deputy came out ,he said he was told they would review their security tapes . I had been told that weeks before nd never got any response and I didn't this time either. The deputy told me he would follow up with them. Well lo and behold , several days later I received a call from the owner saying that they had "found" the watch in the repair bin!I met the owners son in the parking lot and I was made to sign a release form agreeing not to sue them before would hand over the watch. So after all the screaming , cursing ,insults by them,he only made some quickly "sorry for the inconvenience" statement and gave me the watch that for weeks they insisted they didn't have!!!

On one occasion, while coordinating a more complex project, he created an exact hard wax replica for me, along with a mathematical diagram for the stone setting, so that I would have complete comprehension of the finished work.
