My Son had a flat tire, and he arrived at Bruneel the minute they opened. They were so fast that he didn't even realize they were working on his car must less finished! You in to getting overpriced, and over charged for everything. This is the place. Their so called mechanics are NOT certified,and are all kids. None are ASE certified. Wanted 900$ for a front brake job. Crooks. Purchased all front parts for 107$ my self, including fluids. What a joke. And they will be in no rush to do it. Beware. The manager is a dishonest hack. not so sure about the employees? make sure you get an estimate in writing. I was given a price over the phone and so I made a reservation. I got there and the price had nearly doubled. no time to go anywhere else so I agreed to have the work done. When the work was done I picked it up and drive home. I realized later that the manager had lied on the invoice and wrote "Repair as needed". which wasn't out agreement. He swears that he used waterproof grease to do the job which a blue- green in color. If so, why is there black grease slung all over the wheel. They won't stand behind their work. The Corporate office won't return emails or return phone calls. Stay away! read more

Everyone here is great. A very personable staff from Mark running the operation to Mike changing out tires. I have stopped in unannounced about a sensor light coming on and the staff takes the time right away to check it out. I have had my truck in there a couple of times and very happy with their service. This is the place to go if you want attention to detail performed on your vehicle. They are a dog friendly visit as my best friends get treats and love there. read more

Worst customer service on the planet. They promised tires would be repaired & ready to pick up for the Woodhead Fire & the repairs were ready many days later than promised. When the driver (myself) showed up to pick up two tires that needed valve stem repairs for tires on a crew engine, the man behind the counter stared at me like a cow at a passing train. He acted surprised & even offended that I had expected them to be ready since they wete supposed to be ready the previous day. It's the Three Stooges tire shop for sure. It takes a few minutes to replace a valve stem & you would think they could manage to get it done for the fire crews. They acted like it simply wasn't important. I wouldn't take a hotwheels or PF flyer there for tire repair let alone a real vehicle. And they star at you as if you are expecting something unreasonable. Go to Les Schwab. read more

I was up at the lake on vacation when I notice my back tire was low on air. I filled it up only to find it low again the next morning. I look on yelp to find a tire shop close buy and found Bruneel. It was a Saturday afternoon when I got to the shop and they took me right away. Took the tire off and found a large bolt puncturing the tire. They took kit out showed it to me and proceeded to fix and patch the tire. About 20 minutes later they said it was done. I asked how much and they said it was free! I asked how could this be? And was informed that they patch tires for free. Amazing! With that being said I do want to say that I'm not giving them a good review because the patch was free. I'm giving them a good review because they earned it. They have great customer service and a friendly trustworthy staff that do good work. I'm still driving on the tire they patched with no troubles. I would not hesitate to take my vehicle here. read more

I had a squeaky belt and was quoted a price of over $450 to fix it, along with a $700+ quote for a new set of tires, which I apparently needed very badly because my tires were on their last leg. I happen to be going to Boise and stopped by my car's dealer, and he fixed the problem for $56 (belt had just slipped off), and said my tires were fine. Don't trust this place anymore. read more
