I called and asked if I can park it there, overnight. Alex, quickly agreed and I checked in, and shopped their tires. Alex presented my choices and I purchased an all season terrain tire. My truck was check-in immediately, so Alex, explains the rear brakes inspection, which wasn't good news, however, they had the parts in stock and my truck would be ready to go, at the end of the day. My 08 GMC 2500HD, rides the best it has ever been. This shop is very busy. While waiting, I sat in the showroom/waiting area. Their counter person, explains the situations very well. I'm happy that most customers understand and roll with the flow. I highly recommend this tire store.

The owner answered at this time and stated it could be a sensor connected to the battery terminal going out that would cause the fault code. He said to take it to O' Reilys auto parts Weiser Idaho store and have them plug in to the fault code reader. We did and found out we could make it another 2 hours home. The owner of Weiser towing steered us into the right direction without taking advantage of us. He stated he would rather look us into the eyes than his shoes... He could have taken advantage of our situation and put in an alternator and a new sensor plus tow charges . We are pretty broke and have plenty of credit cards to already pay off. Thanks so much.
