Didnt make sense, so went inside and was told by Stephany Gardner that we asked for a tire rotation, which we did not since the new tires were put on two weeks ago, and that prices have gone up. Service advisor Stephany Gardner was dismissive with regards to.my questions and walked away as if she had better things to do, acted as if she didnt care that we paid $96.71 for an oil change with the Discount Card. We bought our car here and with the way the Service Advisor treated me, we are done with this service department and dealership because of this experience.
