I got my mower back. Called for credit card. I gave it to them and there was a extra $80.20 added to final bill when sent thru.

The one owner I know in the dealership is so nice. Yes Vic. I am talking about you. The few people from the home office I have dealt with are friendly and helpful. The Managers and Supervisors in the Abilene location are good people too. Abilene has a NEW location and building, and it is awesome! Huge! Beautiful! Inviting! Inside the main sales area sit the original CW truck, and another older work truck that has also been renovated. Mechanics. Can you say "Aah! Air conditioning in the shop!"? Huge ceiling fans to circulate the air! Nice break room with a tv included. And more! This new Lone Star Truck Company building is their pilot shop. They are now working on their 2nd new shop in... This place is more convenient for truckers to stop in at since it is right off highway 20 and FM 600. Oh, you want to check it out? Well! October 26, 2017 is the company grand opening to the public. 4-8PM. There will be food, freebies, and even face painting and more for the kiddos! Come on out and see the business and meet all the wonderful people that make this place so great! Apply for a job! Get your big rig scheduled for a tuneup AND a wash! I will definitely be checking in at the grand opening, and sharing more photos. "Until then, this is Bratgirl signing off good buddies!"

Buying my 2nd car from Killeen Certified within a year, just a few weeks ago. I went in, found the…read morecar i wanted. I specifically told the salesman KAMERAN WHITMAN, tell the finance department to run my credit 2 times max. Dont spaghetti my credit. He responded by repeating it back to me. Bought the car took it home. A few days later I got 2 denial letters, I just read them and tossed them out. I texted his phone on Monday July 7th telling him im disappointed with his company doing what I specifically asked them not to do. He never responded. I go to the dealership this morning, July 11th and met with KAMERAN WHITMAN and some lady he brought because he knew already why I was there. He asked "what's up?" I showed him 7 denial letters from different lenders. I asked him why did they do this? He never answered. She did all the talking and of course she had an answer for everything. I told her I want these denials removed from my credit, she says sorry we cant do that. I looked AT KAMERAN WHITMAN and said you remember me asking to only run it twice, looking down at the floor he said, yes I do. But Killeen Certified didn't care, they don't want to lose a sale. Close the sale at any cost. They are your friend before the sale, during the sale, and at closing the sale. After that, you mean nothing to them. Customer service sucks. They got paid and you're no longer a person to them anymore. I will never do business with them or any of that dealership family. KILLEEN CERTIFIED, KILLEEN FORD. NEVER AGAIN KAMERAN WHITMAN, NEVER AGAIN. YOU AND YOUR COMPANY ARE DISAPPOINTING AND DISGUSTING. Yall fit the description of a typical used car salesman and dealership, crooked and unprofessional.

Watch out for hidden fees! They have good prices online but…read morebe warned those don't include $7,000 in non-negotiable dealer fees. The two biggest offenders were $1,500 for a CPO - Certified Pre Own fee (I failed to see how this was necessary on a 2020 Santa Fe with 23,000 miles) and roughly $1,800 for a GPS theft recovery fee. The following Monday, they insulted me saying either I wasn't at their dealership or I was confused about where I visited. Not entirely sure which it was. Receipts below. The last picture is from the adjacent Ford dealership building which shares their parking lot.
