I was able to get Michael Glasgow from Glasgow Diesel out to my Gustine Texas location, as all of a sudden unexpectedly my husband's Volvo would not start, although we had new batteries in it. Michael immediately went to work and within an hour found out that suspected starter was not the problem, it was all starter connections and batteries dirty studs and connection points. Also my speedometer didnt work my cruise didnt work either anymore, my steering was hard and it sounded like my wheel was fixing to fall off. The pops and noises I took it in for were still there and worse. They told me to take it back in so they could see what happened. They called me and told me that they found a broken wire that was broken while putting the shalf in. But they didnt check the noise on my car cause he said they didnt have time. I told them i was going out of town and i was afraid of the noise that felt like tire was fixing to fall off. Waltrr said that they couldnt check it and i didnt have any option then go out of town in it with fear the wheel would come off. I called them back after i got back from dallas the next week on Thursday and walter said he they didn't have time to fix my car. He said i could take it the next week to get it looked at if i wanted it looked at so i had no choice but make an appointment. Scott was gonna try to fix it then. I had told them i had a doctor appointment the next day and was afraid to drive it but walter didnt care one way or another. I took it to Brownwood Glass and Alignment and they made time to fix it for me and tighten the loose screws the were loose on cv halfshaft. They did not charge me one cent. We bought our car here and with the way the Service Advisor treated me, we are done with this service department and dealership because of this experience. My 99-f150 blew a hose on 183. I replaced the hose and filled it with antifreeze. The coolant…read moresystem had air in the line so I went and bought more antifreeze to bleed out the line. I was in a hurry and purchased the wrong antifreeze which I did not realize until I opened it up and poured some in. I took my truck in to have a flush done. I paid $135.00 and my truck still had air in the system. I took my truck back in and I said that I could not get over 45 mph because it's overheating. One of the techs said well you have air in the system. I said that's why I brought it in to have it flushed. He stated that without a bleeder valve he does NOT know how to bleed it. And he suggested that I take my truck to Brownwood radiator. I paid $135.00 for service which should have included a bleed and still can't drive my truck. I have been taking all three of my cars here for 10 years. Very disappointed in the service today and will not return.
