LC was very helpful in explaining to me that the issue that I was experiencing was caused by a simple adjustment that needed to be made. I ended up only paying a minimal charge to have the adjustment made, instead of paying for parts that I did not need for my car. I great appreciate LC not taking advantage of the situation. He could easily have said that I needed all of these parts replaced to fix the issue, and I would have been like well you are the mechanic you know what you are talking about. But he was honest and up front and truthful with me that was a simple adjust, and saved me a great deal of money.

Couple of things with these people. If you're renting a U-Haul from them they will add on charges…read morethat they won't tell you about: 1) charge 20.00 if you return after hours which if you rent on Saturday is almost a guaranteee since they're not open on Sunday and 2) even if you return the same day they will charge you everyday until they are open again. We returned on the same day, Saturday, but they charged us through Tuesday because they were closed on Sunday and Monday (Memorial Day). Good luck to you if you decide to rent a U-haul from them. Plan on spending a couple hundred more than you planned.
