The vehicle was taken to another auto repair and within a few minutes it was determined that the compressor is out and needs to be replaced. We will do business with Cowboy Capital Auto Repair since it is obvious that Kwik Kar Lube & Tune is not a reputable business.

They "checked it" and told us the oil filter housing needed to be replaced. My husband got the part and when he got under the car to fix it, that wasn't even the problem! Nothing was wrong with the oil filter housing. Idiot at the oil place didn't TIGHTEN the drain plug on the bottom to hold the oil in!! My husband could tighten it BY HAND, it was that loose.
